These group settings are great if you just want to better understand the concepts of your class. The only one on one sessions that are available for the subjects I need are through zoom, which is the only downfall I have with the tutoring options available. Being able to collaborate with other students who have taken or are currently taking the class is very helpful in better understanding my coursework. I love using this resource when I really want to reinforce the topics that my professor talked about in class. I also have learned some great skills from the students who have take this class on how to better understand the material that is talked about in the class. Overall I would continue using this service for any other class to help me succeed in my course work.

I have had experience with A+ and 4.0 and go, they helped. But David Salinas and his tutors did a phenomenal job in all of these classes with help in actually understanding. Not just did we do test reviews (A+ & 4.0mostly focused on this), but Spartan Tutoring helped with homework and actual practice problems for me to better understand the subject and perform very well on exams. No matter the question. Spartan Tutoring has done great for any student who used their proven process of success in math and science subjects. Now that they have a physical location, that just makes their services even better. These guys are the best tutoring service in town for an Aggie or Blinn student. They are always available to help and do more than anyone else. Just look at how David and Spartan Tutoring brought up the Corps of Cadets GPA above a 3.0! Certainly the best and proven tutors in the Bryan/College Station area. All this from a Blinn student and Aggie Alumni first hand experience.

She excluded our kid from the group photograph, because our kid didn't have the rehearsal dress. The manager had not told us about that (and we were sitting in the foyer). We learned it only when we've got the group photo that we ordered and saw that it was missing our child. No apologies or regrets from the manager who made this decision. Our child was very disappointed. During the photo session class, they only did 5 minutes of dancing. For 25 minutes they just waited doing nothing. And after the photo session they let kids go 15 minutes earlier. And the attitude is that it's OK. And this photo session class was paid for as if it was a dance class, not just baby-sitting... In May, there was only one class, but full monthly fee. Very expensive! (The review was written in May of 2015, but from what I've heard later, it's still the same.)

I spend a fair amount of time at the Clay Williams Building last weekend as part of the Class of…read more1980 45th Reunion. It's an impressive facility, including the Ring Sculpture in Back, easy transition into the new Aggie Park, and a nice view of Kyle Field. The TAMU in house caterer did an excellent job keeping a large number of hungry Aggies well fed and watered. And on the big screen we enjoyed the Aggies pulling out an exciting 41-40 win over Notre Dame at South Bend. In between were class meetings, tours, yell practice, and lots of good bull. The Aggie Class Ring is a huge deal here, and if I'm travelling I can easily spot one across the room. Hence, a lot of administrative work around the Ring program starts and ends here. Texas A&M also runs a separate Foundation across the street that manages larger donations beyond Association of Former Students Century Club memberships.

The student computing center is right behind the Library Annex. There area are two floors full of…read morecomputers for use. The first floor is just all computers, Windows and Mac available. The first floor of the SCC also has the printing center for black & white, color, and the other special printing jobs you can't do at Evans Library or at the Annex. When you print on the first floor of the SCC you don't have to go approve the print job like in the other libraries. It just prints and you pick it up in the print room. The only print jobs you approve at the SCC are the color prints and the special print jobs. The second floor also has lots of computers but half of the room is filled with tables and couches. The second floor is also usually noisier than the first. On some days the second floor is closed during certain hours for testing as well, there are usually notices put up to tell you.

She handed me someone else's papers and I declined them and told her it starts with an L. She reached down behind the counter and grabbed my stack of papers that WERE NOT in the correct cubby and shoved them at me with much attitude stating "You need to check the boxes." It was not in the boxes. Practice your customer service and put stuff where it belongs maybe. Rude.
