Can she just follow me around and take pics of me everyday? The girl works magic. I originally sought out Crystal because she is a founding member and photography editor for the Fair Event Vendors Alliance, which connects the LGBTQ community with Louisville and Southern Indiana area wedding and event professionals and champions their equality and fair treatment. While I'm not LGBTQ, this is still very important to me. I'm so happy this is important to Crystal too. A friend of mine also recommended her and said that she is sensitive to making sure photos are all natural and flattering. Sounds like I would be in good hands. We met in person to talk about the wedding shortly after I reached out, and I felt comfortable with her almost immediately. She was also easily reachable and quick to respond when I had questions. And then the big day came. Crystal first met us at the salon and was with us for 10 hours that day. I felt like she always had control of the situation -- especially when posing us all for photos -- but she also did not take over the entire scene, as I have seen other photographers do at weddings. She was working hard the entire time and always professional. And like my friend said, she took photos that were very flattering. I told her my arms are not my fave feature, and she helped me pose and stand so they were minimized. Other faves about working with Crystal: * Her prices were very reasonable, which I can confirm after talking to friends and seeing what they spent on pics. * She delivered the photos about two months after the wedding, which seems to be standard. And we got ALL of the pics. Plus we get to download them and use them as we see fit (giving her credit on social media, of course). * And just to reiterate, we had her for 10 hours at three different locations. And her pics! Again, they turned out so well. Both the posed and action shots were beautiful. Looking through them, I feel like she got all the important parts of the wedding -- and then some. I missed seeing some of my friends' moves on the dance floor. Now they are committed to history, thanks to Crystal. The venue also looked stunning in her photos. After stressing so much about the decorations, I admit I didn't get to take it in as much as I would have liked on the actual day. Now I get to see and truly appreciate how beautiful it was. I very much hope I get another chance to work with Crystal. Her pics will line our walls and social media feeds for the rest of my and my husband's lives.

I'm 85% sure her name was Dr. Coleman? Anyways, she was incredibly nice, but also incredibly pregnant. Shortly after my visit she went on maternity leave. I was switched to Dr. Pamela Hill. Dr. Hill is straightforward and honest. She doesn't spend a ton of time trying to make small talk, something I love. She seems very confident and comfortable with everything she does and makes me feel at ease no matter how uncomfortable the procedure. The staff that work here are all amazing as well. I've had some painful procedures the last couple years and a nurse is always happy and willing to hold my hand to help through the pain. They're saints. Something truly insane - I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes for my scheduled appointment. Most doctors offices have you waiting a million years, but not here! Check-in is super simple and there is plenty of seating available in the lobby. Parking is sometimes a chore. The parking garage is attached to the building and when I'm lucky enough to park on Level 3, life is good so I can walk straight through and be on the correct floor. If you're looking for a new OBGYN, give this practice a call!!

I was not happy at first about having to see so many- how was I supposed to build a relationship with the doctor that might be there for my labor and delivery?? But, I've been impressed with each one. They know their stuff and have been especially careful to answer my husband's questions and concerns as well as mine. They really will take the time to take care of you here. I've never felt rushed through an appointment. It's been really nice that the same quality of care is maintained no matter which doctor you are seeing at the time. The location is incredibly convenient- especially if Norton Women's and Children's Hospital is where you plan on giving birth! So far I have no complaints and I've been very satisfied with the care I've received!

Her wardrobe to choose from is extensive and has so many beautiful pieces that make you feel like a brand new human! She also gave me great recommendations for local hair and make up and even for a bra fitting for after the baby arrived! I felt like Julie was such a helpful resource when trying to navigate all things maternity! She is quick to respond, always on time, and is a great communicator. Her studio is clean, organized, and full of lots of beautiful natural light. Our maternity images came out wonderful and we can't wait to see how the newborns come out. I was scheduled to have Total Knee Replacement surgery at this hospital. My experience from start…read moreto finish was a true five star experience. One star for outstanding communication! I received a phone call from the hospital scheduler that explained the different appointments that would be required. After scheduling the pre-op hospital exam/tests, and the date of surgery the scheduler said all the information we had talked about on the phone would be sent to me in writing. Sure enough about a week later I received a packet of information with the dates and times for the appointments. The written information included maps and precise directions for where to go, valet parking for pre-op tests, and exactly what garage, floor and entry to go to on the day of surgery. Second star for the pre-op appointment. We followed the directions and had free valet parking. The entry to the hospital for this appointment was easy to find. We were offered assisted ride to the pre-op office but after hearing the directions we chose to walk there. Sign-in was organized, all the staff were cordial and performed their jobs well. The nurse for the actual exam was outstanding and answered any questions that we had. Third star was for the entrance to the surgery area and registration on the day of surgery. Once again all the staff was fantastic and made the arrival process to go so smooth Fourth star was for the private rooms that each patient is assigned. The person accompanying you on the day of surgery can stay in the room and relax the whole time or they can leave to go to the Cafe and return. The room has a private bathroom for use of both the patient and accompanying person. The cleanliness of all areas that we saw throughout the hospital were exceptional. There was not a single area where I could say it appeared cluttered or unclean. The fifth star was for discharge and follow-up phone call following surgery. On discharge the staff confirms that you have any assistance devices you will need when you arrive home. Prescription medications are filled by the hospital through their meds to bed program. The day following discharge a nurse called to inquire how I was doing and if any issues or questions needed to be addressed. I cannot speak to the efficiency of the Emergency Department but I highly recommend this hospital for surgery.

This experience is obvious when you see her professionalism and vision when shes taking photos. When we got out wedding album back I was so happy to see how the pictures turned out. Not only is she truly talented, she was also extremely attentive and helpful leading up to the big day. I can't imagine any other photographer having as good of customer service. You can really tell that she cares about you and making your big day perfect.
