I liked the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae. It was housemade vanilla ice cream layered with fudge brownies, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and melted fudge. It was delicious. The semi sweet chips were so chocolatey. The melted fudge added even more chocolate. The vanilla ice cream was a nice contrast. The fudge brownies were thick. Food - Milk shake - The smores milk shake was too sweet for me. I liked the marshmallow on top. It had crispy bits inside. Atmosphere - No strange or strong odors or smells. No music playing when I visited. I liked that. I prefer no music over loud music. I don't like loud music. It's hard to hear with loud music. I did not visit the restroom. It was not very busy inside. Eventually two older couples came by to get milk shakes. Service - There were about two employees. The service here was quick. Order and pay at the register. Have seen the advertising for this place and we decided to come for dessert after dinner elsewhere. Was excited and all of had previewed the menu prior to coming in. The shop itself is clean and cutely decorated. Love the story of how this fun concept was created and learned that they are franchised in several other states as well. Staffing was young people, friendly and smiling as we took our time to order...even though we had previewed the menu, you always have to take time to reread everything once in the store! Three of us are banana fiends and as soon as one of us ordered the Bananas Foster, we were told they didn't have any bananas. One of the young men shared that they had been out of them for a few days and when their order was delivered the day before, still no bananas. After noticing that there are four or five different options that use bananas, it was odd that the crew didn't figure out another way to get bananas. One of our group said aloud, "wonder about getting some petty cash out of the till and going over to the supermarket to purchase some?" No response, just a repeat that we wouldn't be able to order anything that had bananas in it. Ok, so I am a big strawberry/banana fan and I had to pivot and ended up ordering a chocolate malt. Two others also order the chocolate malt, and I'm glad they got theirs first because they both said it didn't taste like malt was in it, just chocolate. I asked for a double scoop of malt in mine and the outcome was perfect with a nice malt flavor. So if ordering the malt, go for double scoop! Wife had the Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae and she enjoyed it. She said the vanilla ice cream had a great, strong vanilla flavor and although the hot fudge wasn't "hot", it was a good dish she said. We had one other situation occur while there: One friend had ordered a malt without whip cream. The young man making it squirted a ton of whip cream on the top and when she reminded him no whip, he took his gloved hand and removed the whip cream from the top of the drink, put the lid on and called it good. What???? And then I also had sad no whip and as mine was being made, a squirt of whip was added and when he realized it was no whip, he used the lid of the container to remove the tad of whip from the top. What??? These two situations along with the banana fiasco equates to a three star rating from me. Overall it was a fun experience but obviously the crew could use some additional training as well as figuring out how to go around the system when something as important as bananas aren't in your order. Got the s'more hot fudge sundae. The guys were friendly here but they forgot about my hot fudge sundae mid way. How, I honestly don't know. By the time I got it the hot fudge was not hot anymore. I only found out when all the people after me were getting their milk shakes before me. It was otherwise a good sundae, I liked the marshmallows and graham cracker crumbs but I prefer my hot fudge hot and gooey not thick and hard to distribute. We were greeted immediately and our orders were prepared and ready quickly as well, but we were there during an off hour and were the only customers when we arrived. I opted for the Bananas Foster Gourmet Shake which is described as "Fresh bananas, buttery caramel toffee sauce, with a hint of cinnamon." I was very impressed at how well this shake captured the flavor of actual fresh bananas and not some pale imitation "Laffy Taffy" type of banana flavoring. Actual chunks of banana in there and a perfect consistency that was easy to drink through a straw, but not runny and thin. The toffee sauce was just that and not your typical jarred butterscotch syrup you are used to, just the slightest touch of cinnamon and topped with whipped cream and an amazing wedge of dark chocolate. One of the better milkshakes I've had in a long time. Wifey isn't big on shakes and opted for the hot fudge brownie sundae. "Housemade vanilla ice cream layered with fudge brownies, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and melted fudge." Can't really describe it any better than the menu, all the components listed in perfect proportions. The brownie chunks are the right size and texture to hold up through the very end of the sundae without most of the brownie being a sloppy mess to slurp up if you dare. Very tasty and topped with whipped cream and also a wedge of dark chocolate. I definitely want to return and try some of the other flavors of shakes and sundaes, but they also taunt you with a wide array of chocolate goodies like candy bars, marshmallows and assorted chocolate barks. Delicious and fun milkshakes! I was surprised how many options they have on their menu. My husband had the chocolate dipped strawberry- and I was amazed how many fresh strawberry chunks were mixed in. The smoothie was light and refreshing (especially for 110 degree day). After hearing so many people raving about this place, we decided to give it a try. We went late on a Sunday night and it was pretty busy. The very young staff was welcoming and attentive. The shop was very clean and tidy and well organized. They give out free samples of the chocolates and other snacks that they have which was a big plus. We ordered two of the milkshakes: I got the chocolate cake shake, and my boyfriend ordered a combo of the peanut butter and chocolatier. They came up pretty quickly and oh my gosh they were so good! Just so rich and creamy and flavorful, I couldn't finish mine, but my boyfriend happily did. I have no complaints whatsoever, they definitely do live up to the hype. The only feedback I would give is wishing that the shakes came in different sizes. I noticed the Milk Shake Factory in the Fulton Ranch Promenade. The signage and pictures drew me in to this quaint shop. The Milk Shake Factory is only a couple of weeks new. The shop is cute, clean and bright. However, the main attraction is the chocolate confections and the shakes. I was greeted by Destiny, who is very helpful and friendly. She informed me that this is their first location in Arizona. The brand originates from the state of Pennsylvania. They also have two locations in California. Destiny recommended their popular shakes. The chocolate cake shake is their number one seller, along with the peanut butter and chocolate one. I decided to try the bananas foster and it was amazing. It truly tasted like the dessert.. The shakeologists, make everything from scratch. There were chunks of fresh banana, notes of cinnamon and the caramel was perfect. They even put a piece of chocolate on top. Who could ask for more? The shakes are so thick and rich, they give you jumbo straws. I was able to sample their toffee with peanut butter... chef's kiss. I love this place, but my only complaint is that they don't open until noon. I can't tell you how many times my friends and I have tried coming here before noon, only to find that they're not open. As I walked in, I was impressed on how bright the place is, modern and well done. We loved the interiors and the whole set up. Apart from handspun milkshake, They have fresh handmade chocolates and yummy treats in the front. They offer free samples on the chocolates and I tried their Rocky road which was nutty and good! For the milkshake I went with the cookie brownie fudge. You can look at how it's made and it was ready in a minute or so! One sip and I was like wow! The milkshake is thick and delicious, you can easily be sipping away without noticing that you will finish in no time. The pricing is a little above average since it's gourmet, I wish they had sugar free and sugar adjusting options for the weight watchers. Decided to check this new milkshake place out that opened in my neighborhood. We had read about it on next-door and decided to give it a try. We thought the shakes were very good tasting. I had a mint chip shake and my husband had a thin chocolate shake. Both wery very yummy. The only thing that was disappointing to my husband was the size of the large size. The only have two sizes. There was a really small one and then one that's would be considered medium at best. The size worked for me fine but my husband almost devoured it before we got to the car! hosted a photo of the shakes next to a 32 ounce sized cup for comparison purposes . Prices were around seven dollars per shake. It seems a little high, but the quality was very good ! I think I read something about a happy hour one night where the prices are a little bit lower so we may look into that! We will return. read more

That's really disappointing--especially on a weekend when customers plan around those hours. If the shop needs to close early, the hours should reflect that. When we walked up, there was a handwritten "closed" sign on the door and a group of customers outside saying an employee was acting extremely rude.From the doorway, we could hear loud banging and what sounded like equipment being thrown in the kitchen.
