Absolutely delicious! This adorable boba shop has a HUGE selection of milk teas, smoothies, and fruit teas. The staff was so kind and patient as we wandered the menu and asked for recommendations as well as a million questions. Just a heads up the sea foam is like a salty cheese/milk foam - hope that helps save you the extra trouble of also asking :P I ended up getting a mango milk tea with lychee jellies and 75% sugar. I was nervous that the milk tea would give me stomach problems since I'm lactose sensitive but was informed their milk teas are all made with dairy alternatives so I was thrilled! Love their new design cups!!! It's pretty flowery, lovely and girly. My lil' girl was begging for a dessert and we were happy to have Milk & Tea while we were at Stonehill shopping center. Their staff was friendly, patient as we took a moment to choose, and glad we tried out the weekly special; the golden mango tea with mango jelly added. This flavor was not so sweet, refreshingly fruity and slightly tangy. The cookies and cream with crystal boba's was much loved but we questioned the lactose content as it did gave us the yummy tumbles. Sad to see the painted wings wall mural was removed at this location, but happy to enjoy quality girl time at a clean and warm place where we feel chill and welcomed. read more

I was going to order online but chose to go inside instead. I ordered from a kiosk. The big kiosk screen is helpful on these aging eyes. Ordering was pretty simple, and my order came up quickly. I choose the Tiramisu coffee. I wasn't a believer at first. Once it stirred just a bit.... I can now say this is the best coffee I have had at a boba tea shop! It was perfectly light and creamy and just a touch sweet just like a piece of Tiramisu! A perfect pick me up. I will be back again to treat myself soon! Plenty of parking in a clean and open shopping centre. Place is calming with music playing but definitely not as loud as the other locations so it's pleasant. Also the smallest location. Kiosk is great because you are in complete control of your drink. Also helpful if you're not interested or too nervous to speak to someone in person. First timers should do the kiosk to familiarize yourself with the options! Be sure to look up what type of teas you can get because you can get a flowery tasting tea that can clash with your other options. Assam Black tea = deep rich, malty Jasmine Green tea = flowery Oolong tea = sweet, fruity, nutty I love that this location adds bits of fruit to its fruity drinks alongside the boba of your choice! The drinks in flavor and texture are a sugary delicious high! I tend to choose peach, mango, or passion fruit milk tea with golden boba, less ice and half sugar. Always Assam Black tea! This location is just OK. They don't offer dark boba, just the Golden boba. The Golden boba was a little mushy. Their restrooms were out of service, so I had to use the restrooms at Chick-fil-A. I liked their strawberry honey juice. I ordered it less sweet, 70% sweet, but it tasted like 100% sweet. I can't fathom what 100% sweet would taste like. Lots of snacks were available on the kiosk, but none were available at this location. There were no tamarind balls or any snacks at this location whatsoever. The older lady always water the drinks down to the point they have very little flavor. The two younger men always make excellent, flavorful, delicious drinks, the way they should be made. The Older lady waters our drinks down every time, I don't know if she does that just to certain people or to everyone. Whoa - try it now with the new menu - there are many new drinks and all have been great. Some notes: Fire Phoenix Oolong is best I've had in town, including KFT which is my oolong standard. It's got a nice smooth roasted flavor without bitterness. The Iron Goddess oolong is quite different, much more floral which is not my preference. The Coco Mango is very good but be aware it's more coconut flavor than mango. Most everything comes with non-dairy creamer but they now also have multiple alternative milks and whole milk as options. Their golden boba is their standard boba and it's great. Not too soft, not too chewy, and enough flavor without overpowering the drink like some places that are overly sweet or strongly brown sugar flavored. They now use the Snackpass app, not Clover. I don't think the rewards will transfer but it's a nice app, also has other good boba places like Feng Cha. read more

Very disappointing as Pflugerville is in dire need of a good boba shop. Three different beverages and all were poor quality. Drinks are water down with very little flavor. Tea, fruit, or milk beverages all lacked flavor. It tastes watered down even before the copious amounts of ice they add further waters it down. Prices are deceiving as boba is not included, ALL toppings are additional cost. They even charge for no ice which is absolutely necessary given how diluted their drinks are. As for the actual boba, they only serve crystal boba which is hard and flavorless. They rebranded their store name so now they are called Milk + Tea. The cafe looks the same, very spacious and clean. There were a lot of nice workers so our drinks we made very quickly. They had a lot of drink options not just a milk tea series as well as a variety of drink toppings. My drink was good, nothing too extraordinary, although I wish they added more boba as I ran out of boba once I was halfway through my drink. The drinks don't taste the same as they used to be when they were formerly Ding Tea, such as the kumquat lemon tea. It lacked flavor and no longer came with the dried plum. The long wordy list of menu did not come with any photos. I ordered the brown sugar milk tea thinking it was dirty boba. Unfortunately, it turned out to be just milk tea with brown sugar inside (no brown sugar drizzle). Staff said the brown sugar boba is actually called a boba latte. Had there been photos, it would be extremely helpful for customers to order the right item. However, it seems that their golden signature boba is still consistent. read more

According to the new owners, they deviated from the franchise and have rebranded their stuff even though they still use the ding tea branded stuff like cups and lids. Today was my first time trying Milk+ Tea (formerly Ding Tea), it will also be my last time. I came in with my young daughter and the music they had playing was completely inappropriate with with the "F" word and adult topics. When I pointed this out I barely got a mumbled "sorry" from the girl behind the counter and they did not change the music either. Also, whatever air freshener they are using is so overpowering that we couldn't even wait in the store while they made the tea. The tea was fine, if a bit weak, nothing great, but the customer service was awful. No one smiles or makes eye contact or makes an attempt at friendly politeness. I was a huge fan of ding tea ever since they first opened their very 1st location here in Pflugerville but I have noticed quite a big change from my recent visits to all 3 locations, which must show how much I loved them and really did try to not leave a bad review. Speaking of that, their drinks cost around $7 with one topping added now which I would be completely fine with if they were to stick with the same amount of toppings they used to give. I would get drinks with boba and paid almost $1 for it, just for it to be all gone in a total of 3 sips..Second, their drinks tasted so watered down and there wasn't even a hint of tea in those. What really bothers me the most though is their customer service. I literally have no words every time I left the store after receiving not even a smile or literally any words from them except for when I asked for something which doesn't really make sense to me. I know people have bad days and good days, but their facial expressions always made me feel as if I was bothering them for coming in, and I must mention this has happened every time for the pflugerville and round rock locations. I have placed uber eats orders at 8:30 pm three different times now, only to check it's been canceled by the workers at this location. Although closing time is 9:00pm, you'd think orders are accepted until 9:00pm. First time I called and they answered; the worker acted clueless and confessed they canceled orders at 8:30 so they "head out on time ". I was really shocked to hear his answer. This happened again last night 2/12 , same thing placed my order on uber eats 8:34 only to then check it again had been canceled. I proceeded to call the shop and ask as to why. After 10 calls a guy picked up, I explained and he puts me on hold and comes back on the line laughing, and telling me "this is not ding tea anymore". I'm really confused by the customer service. I then corrected to their new name (pointless) and he said "we won't be able to go home if you order that's why we canceled " Seriously insane. When In 2 mins I had a driver already assigned and arrival to my house was 8:49! Truly hope management looks into this and has a talk with the boys on the night shift yesterday. The whole call was then putting me on hold and laughing. I showed up to get my drink after knowing they'll cancel any delivery order. They made my drink and went home later than if they had just stopped canceling my deliveries. I was unable to get their names but Im sure management knows who. Stay away from this location.
