Absolutely delicious! This adorable boba shop has a HUGE selection of milk teas, smoothies, and fruit teas. The staff was so kind and patient as we wandered the menu and asked for recommendations as well as a million questions. Just a heads up the sea foam is like a salty cheese/milk foam - hope that helps save you the extra trouble of also asking :P I ended up getting a mango milk tea with lychee jellies and 75% sugar. I was nervous that the milk tea would give me stomach problems since I'm lactose sensitive but was informed their milk teas are all made with dairy alternatives so I was thrilled! It was absolutely delicious, perfect amount of sweet without masking the mango and milk tea flavors - my favorite combination to date and it has to be my new all-time fav. So sad I don't live close by or else I'd be here every single day!!

3.5 stars where!? This location is my FAVORITE Milk & Tea spot! I've tried multiple places all over Texas and have yet to find one better! Not only are the drinks here but their Service is always spot on! They also have an abundance of seating and nice game options if you want to stay and have your teas inside. My family and I have tried almost everything on the menu and they haven't missed once! My go to go to is the Coco Mango with mango jelly and coconut milk! But they do everything! They also offer little street bites like bubble waffle cups! You can also sign up for their rewards system and earn free Milk & Tea. If you love look no further, you've found your new go to! Until next time, Happy Drinking

Love their new design cups!!! It's pretty flowery, lovely and girly. My lil' girl was begging for a dessert and we were happy to have Milk & Tea while we were at Stonehill shopping center. Their staff was friendly, patient as we took a moment to choose, and glad we tried out the weekly special; the golden mango tea with mango jelly added. This flavor was not so sweet, refreshingly fruity and slightly tangy. The cookies and cream with crystal boba's was much loved but we questioned the lactose content as it did gave us the yummy tumbles. Sad to see the painted wings wall mural was removed at this location, but happy to enjoy quality girl time at a clean and warm place where we feel chill and welcomed.

They did an update of their decor. It doesn't feel as inviting as before. They don't have that cool corner with the swing anymore. But the drinks are still great, and the service is still good!

The bubble waffle was delicious and served hot and fresh! We walked in with a larger group of 6 and were met with lots of smiles! All of the tea and beverages were delicious and very averagely priced.

I was going to order online but chose to go inside instead. I ordered from a kiosk. The big kiosk screen is helpful on these aging eyes. Ordering was pretty simple, and my order came up quickly. I choose the Tiramisu coffee. I wasn't a believer at first. Once it stirred just a bit.... I can now say this is the best coffee I have had at a boba tea shop! It was perfectly light and creamy and just a touch sweet just like a piece of Tiramisu! A perfect pick me up. I will be back again to treat myself soon! As far as the atmosphere I enjoy the inside of all Milk + Tea location their use of decoration with some traditional decor is beautiful and welcoming.

Plenty of parking in a clean and open shopping centre. Place is calming with music playing but definitely not as loud as the other locations so it's pleasant. Also the smallest location. Kiosk is great because you are in complete control of your drink. Also helpful if you're not interested or too nervous to speak to someone in person. First timers should do the kiosk to familiarize yourself with the options! Be sure to look up what type of teas you can get because you can get a flowery tasting tea that can clash with your other options. Assam Black tea = deep rich, malty Jasmine Green tea = flowery Oolong tea = sweet, fruity, nutty I love that this location adds bits of fruit to its fruity drinks alongside the boba of your choice! The drinks in flavor and texture are a sugary delicious high! I tend to choose peach, mango, or passion fruit milk tea with golden boba, less ice and half sugar. Always Assam Black tea! Half sugar is still very sweet tasting, but to each their own! Definitely still recommend even after the rebranding (formerly ding tea)

taro milk tea with coconut jelly, 100% sugar brown sugar milk tea with golden boba, 100% sugar You can't go wrong with a chain boba place. I've had Ding Tea (now rebranded as Milk + Tea) before and couldn't remember if 100% was too sweet or not because all the boba places have different sweetness levels. The 100% was definitely sweet and gave me sugar rush but it's a good kind of sweet. I didn't wanna pick 70% and regret it. Plus, ice can dilute it. I love the cups. The drinks just look so beautiful and I'm glad I was able to have delicious drinks

They rebranded their store name so now they are called Milk + Tea. The cafe looks the same, very spacious and clean. There were a lot of nice workers so our drinks we made very quickly. They had a lot of drink options not just a milk tea series as well as a variety of drink toppings. My drink was good, nothing too extraordinary, although I wish they added more boba as I ran out of boba once I was halfway through my drink. It wasn't too sweet and still tasted fresh despite ordering so close to closing.

Rating: 4.1/5 [dine in]…read more Super cute Vietnamese cafe with nice decor. You can order at the front counter or use the kiosk. They offer a variety of drinks and snacks so it took us awhile to decide on our drinks. Cloudy Taro Bliss + Lychee Jelly ($8.04): I ordered this at 75% sweet. It's perfect if you sip continuously, but the sweetness becomes more noticeable when you pause. Besides that, the drink is very smooth and has a prominent taro flavor. Popcorn Chicken ($8.99): Decent, but not the best I've had, though my friends enjoyed it more than I did. However, everyone else likes it. The portion felt a bit small for the price too. It came with a side of pickled veggies which was different. Vietnamese Stir Fry Corn ($8.49): The flavors were on point. They seem to use Vietnamese butter which makes it taste more authentic, and the Chin-su sauce really elevates it. Durian Sugarcane ($8.94): My husband thought this tasted canned rather than made with fresh sugarcane. Roasted Rice Milk Tea With Pandan Foam: My friend's husband ordered this at 100% sweetness, which was too much for me, but the flavor combination wasn't bad. Strawberry Milk Tea With Pandan Foam: My friend got this at 50% sweetness, and it was a bit sweeter than my Cloudy Taro Bliss. The drink tastes exactly like strawberry milk, so if you like that, this is for you. I enjoyed the taste, but it's not my go-to milk tea choice. Sesame Coffee: The Vietnamese coffee had a strong, bold flavor, though the sesame notes in the foam were quite subtle. Rice Paper Salad: Ordered to-go which is not recommended. Unfortunately the rice paper was hard and clumped together, even after pouring the sauce on top, which really affected the overall quality.

The menu has great variety, from amazing Vietnamese coffees to refreshing sugarcane- and fruit-based boba drinks. My go-to order is the pandan coffee and the kumquat sugarcane drink. The coffee is extremely strong( which is what I expect) , and you can tell they use beans from Vietnam . They also offer great snacks, including some traditional Vietnamese street foods. Honestly, whatever you order will be good, from the fruit drinks, milk teas , smoothies, & snacks you won't be disappointed. Also, dont sleep on the croffles. I usually don't like croffles at most places because the texture can be dry / hard or overly sweet, but these are the best I've had, in my opinion.

Overall: 3.7/5 [dine in]…read more Unfortunately this place is closing down on May 24, 2026 due to failed lease negotiations with the landlord. We made the drive up north to try it before they close since they carry some Vietnamese snacks that are hard to find in Austin. Their menu is extensive covering drinks, desserts, and snacks so it took us a while to decide on our order. All their drinks are lactose free which was great to hear. The staff was nice but it did take a while for everything to come out. Peppermint Pandan Latte / Sam Dua Bac Ha ($6.95) + Crystal Boba ($0.95): We got this at 75% sweet and it was delicious. You can distinctly taste both the peppermint and pandan and it was really refreshing. Matcha Lover ($8.75): We got this at 75% sweet as well. It is a matcha latte with matcha foam, matcha pudding, and matcha mochi. We were not huge fans of this one. The foam was really thick and creamy which made it hard to mix, and the drink had a strange taste that we think came from the flour on the matcha mochi. I think it would have been better if we had eaten the mochi off the top first before mixing everything together. Popcorn Chicken ($8.75): This was okay. They used a different type of batter than what I am used to and it was pretty bland. I didn't like the chili dipping sauce either. Taiwanese popcorn chicken is still way better to me. Mixed Soft Rice Paper With Full Topping / BT Phoi Suong Full Topping ($14): This was our first time having banh trang tron with dried meat and seafood toppings. It also came with a sliced hard boiled egg instead of quail eggs. Very interesting and different. I really wished it came with tamarind sauce because that was the one flavor I felt was missing and would have tied everything together. The portion size also felt a bit small for the price.

I don't think I've ever walked into a boba shop and immediately thought, "wow, this feels like an…read moreexperience," but here we are. The place was SUPER crowded when we arrived, but the line moved surprisingly fast, and there was even a kiosk to self-order if you didn't want to wait for cashier checkout. Efficiency aside, one of my favorite things was honestly the smell of the space. While waiting for our drinks, there was this fragrant tea aroma lingering in the air--you could genuinely smell the tea despite all the cream, milk, and sweetness floating around. As a tea lover, that immediately won me over. The place was also exceptionally clean despite how busy it was. I kept noticing employees consistently wiping things down and cleaning as they worked, which weirdly made me trust the sanitation here even more. And can we talk about the drink design? These drinks are SO cute. The intentional sticker placement over the lips, the little carrying handle--everything felt carefully stylized. You could tell they weren't just trying to make something flavorful, but something memorable and visually fun. I never thought I'd say a drink was Instagram-worthy, but these felt like the supermodels of the boba world. Even the receipt paper somehow felt luxurious (yes, I'm seriously mentioning receipt paper in a boba review). That tiny detail made me realize how intentional every aspect of this place feels. Nothing here felt accidental. Dong Ding Oolong Tea w. Fresh Milk - Very mild and creamy, almost like a mellow latte. Not my personal favorite, only because I had eaten way too much creamy food beforehand, but I genuinely loved the tea profile here and could absolutely see why others would adore this drink. High Mountain Pouchong Tea w. Lemon Juice & Mousse (Creamy Lemon Tart) - After all the sugar I had earlier in the day, this absolutely HIT the spot. The tartness was perfect and super refreshing. The cream had little bits of lemon zest mixed in, adding even more citrus aroma and making the drink feel brighter overall. I also tried adjusting the sweetness while ordering and was told it had built-in sweetness--but they reassured me that if it ended up too sweet, they'd gladly swap it for another drink. I genuinely felt like I was dealing with Amazon's generous return policy. Thankfully, no return was needed because this drink was perfect. Creamy Mango Tart - Literally the Lemon Tart, but mango. I loved this just as much. Both tart drinks felt refreshing and balanced, and instantly became fan favorites for us. Overview--I love, love, LOVE this place. Like... 1000/10 levels of love. From the experience to the drink quality to the sheer intentionality behind every detail, I couldn't be happier with this visit. I'm also ridiculously happy to hear one recently opened in Houston because I would LOVE to bring my cousins here someday. Would go back in a heartbeat--this has officially won the spot for my favorite boba place.

The honey tea latte was great too, it was light and refreshing. The drinks took about 15 minutes to come out, which is perfectly okay, because they actually brew the tea instead of using a pre-made powder mix like most boba shops.
