They also have a variety of foams (foam fan here) like taro and matcha. Their drinks *usually* hit the spot. On my most recent visit, I tried the Bursting Dragon Fruit (with sparkling water instead of tea). Even though I ordered it with 25% sugar, it was still really sweet. Didn't feel like the subtle sweetness that I expected. Can't even imagine what 100% is like. So, don't forget to scale back on the sugar.

Only then did the employee stop. This was never about the $17. We are regular customers and order from your store almost every week. You can check our order history yourself. We have absolutely no reason to try to scam your business over $17. We also have all of our receipts and order confirmations to prove what happened. What is truly disappointing is not the money--it's how we were treated. Your store made the mistake by closing before the posted business hours, yet your employee made us feel like we were the ones doing something wrong. Please train your staff to treat customers with respect and professionalism. When the store makes a mistake, customers deserve an apology, not accusations or an argumentative attitude.
