What a grand opening! I couldn't have spent a better windy/rainy Saturday afternoon than trying out this new coffee shop. I saw the ad posted on social media and made my way to stand in line. The workers were outside handing out samples and smiles despite them being beat up by the wind and rain! Once inside, they had a DJ playing some great tunes, raffles being handed out, and still all smiles. There was a huge tv mounted on the wall to display the menu a well as tiny menus handed to us. I had my eyes set on the Strawberry Colada and my friend enjoyed her drinks and crepes. Although I cannot vouch for her items, my smoothie was the bomb dot com! There is seating available inside as well as WiFi. This place is nestled near the intersection of Cypress Creek and Lakeline and well worth the drive. I appreciate each and every worker who was out there today working their hardest!

If there was a boba tea establishment that I can get excited about, it would be Teaspoon. We have been to a Teaspoon in Reno and amazingly enough, helped grandiose that store, too! The vibe was high-energy! The staff was welcoming! The music was solid! And the drinks were prepared fresh and colorful! Time to drink up and get ready for more! Don't forget to be part of their rewards program and collect your golden spoons for future discounts and even a birthday drink!

We came here during their soft opening. There was a Teaspoon location in the Gateway area before it shutdown. Now, there's a new owner for this location in Cedar Park. We were the only ones there when we went on a Sunday. They were playing an upbeat lofi playlist which I thought was the perfect way to set the classy casual atmosphere of this place. I appreciated the minimalist interior and loved that they had more seating available at this location compared to the former. I went for their House milk tea and P2 opted for the Liquid Gold, which is an off-menu drink. Liquid Gold is oolong tea with honey. We adjusted our sweetness and ice levels with ease. The milk they use here is lactose-free, which makes them my absolute favorite bubble tea joint in Austin. Both drinks were delicious, just as we expect from Teaspoon. The quality is superb and we will definitely be back for more!

Decent boba spot in the northwest Austin area. For me the Black Sugar Assam was okay but the Creamy Jasmine was pretty good! This location seems pretty new and is kept very clean. The employees were helpful and fast with getting our groups drinks out. I wished the boba added a little bit more to the drink - it has good texture, but my black sugar boba didn't have much black sugar taste to it. A little pricey, but they only serve the large sized drinks. There's a decent amount of seating inside.

Finally, my favorite boba shop made it to the neighborhood. Tucked into the corner of a shopping plaza, I'm glad I don't have to drive nearly as far for good boba now. Space is relatively small, but welcoming and clean. Design is modern but minimal - none of that Instagram type decor but hey when you got a good brand, you don't need much. Service is friendly, but a bit of patience as they ramp up. Given they've only been open a week, they're surely still fine tuning stuff. I was disappointed they don't have the liquid gold oolong cream tea here, a staple favorite of the former location in Austin, but the creamy jasmine is good if you like floral green tea. 50 percent is a bit less sweet than I remember too but good enough. Boba has perfect chew. They have really good fruity drinks here if you're into that sort of drink. Will come back for those in the summer for sure.

This place is great! We have been here 4 times now and I always order the Classic Thai Tea. It's delicious with the honey boba. My daughter always orders the Silky Mango drink and says it's awesome. The staff here are super friendly and the drinks come out fast. The store is lovely, with a beautiful flower mural on the wall. Cozy chairs and tables make for a nice place for a meetup or to get some work done. Clean and tidy bathrooms as well. Come try this out! I know I'll be coming back over and over again!

Ordered the grasshopper with 50% sweetness and boba, it was perfectly refreshing. The service was very sweet and welcoming. Thanks!

We made the drive up north to try it before they close since they carry some Vietnamese snacks that are hard to find in Austin. Their menu is extensive covering drinks, desserts, and snacks so it took us a while to decide on our order. All their drinks are lactose free which was great to hear. The staff was nice but it did take a while for everything to come out. Peppermint Pandan Latte / Sam Dua Bac Ha ($6.95) + Crystal Boba ($0.95): We got this at 75% sweet and it was delicious. You can distinctly taste both the peppermint and pandan and it was really refreshing. Matcha Lover ($8.75): We got this at 75% sweet as well. It is a matcha latte with matcha foam, matcha pudding, and matcha mochi. We were not huge fans of this one. The foam was really thick and creamy which made it hard to mix, and the drink had a strange taste that we think came from the flour on the matcha mochi. I think it would have been better if we had eaten the mochi off the top first before mixing everything together. Popcorn Chicken ($8.75): This was okay. They used a different type of batter than what I am used to and it was pretty bland. I didn't like the chili dipping sauce either. Taiwanese popcorn chicken is still way better to me. Mixed Soft Rice Paper With Full Topping / BT Phoi Suong Full Topping ($14): This was our first time having banh trang tron with dried meat and seafood toppings. It also came with a sliced hard boiled egg instead of quail eggs. Very interesting and different. I really wished it came with tamarind sauce because that was the one flavor I felt was missing and would have tied everything together. The portion size also felt a bit small for the price.

I'm giving it two stars because I do like the drinks here, but otherwise, the place kind of sucks…read more I've had to wait 15-30 minutes for my drink (very simple milk tea) because they have awful time management, and only seem to work on one drink at a time instead of batching. So, if a drink needs to be steeped, they will wait until every drink in front of it has been finished to even start the 5-10 minute steeping process, instead of starting to steep the leaves while they work on blended drinks. Three employees wander around aimlessly while dozens of people wait for a single, simple drink. Most other boba places are able to get drinks out within a minute or two. What is your excuse? There is truly no reason for a single milk tea to take 30 minutes. Fix your training. EDIT: In response to the owner, I do understand that popularity will slow things down, but that wasn't what I was observing. It was a steady trickle of guests coming in every few minutes, and it seems like the crowd was created from congestion of orders stacking up at a higher rate in than they were going out. Orders were only being handed out every several minutes, and while I have also worked in food service/retail and understand having to take breaks and slow down sometimes, the employees seemed like they were just meandering about without a care in the world. I'm truly not sure why, at the very least, steeping wouldn't be started early. I go to a lot of boba places, and I've had many good friends who work (or worked) at boba places, even if I have not directly worked at one myself. The employee behavior was not like anything I've ever seen before.

I definitely felt a little claustrophobic when I entered. Note that the photos I took are on 0.5x, so in real life, the space looks a lot smaller. I got myself the Malaysian coffee drink which comes with coffee jelly and boba and absolutely enjoyed my drink. I would suggest going lower than usual on your sugar level. I asked for 30% sweet and it was still too sweet for me. They also have a Vietnamese coffee drink option. I don't think I've ever seen a Malaysian coffee drink ever offered in any other boba place, so this place stood out for me. When I came in on a weekday, it was dead quiet. It will be great if the store played some music to make it a more welcoming place. I can imagine this becoming very popular with the tween and teenage crowds over the weekends. I don't suggest bringing your kids under 5 in here, they are going to want to touch everything, and because of the limited space, I imagine this can be really stressful for parents. Personally, I think this place has way too much stuff for people to want to hang out there. It'll be a lot better if they reduce some of the things they have there so it's easier to look for customers. Way too much going on. Not a fan. It feels like a lot of clutter for no good reason. Service was average.
