He called the manager and I spoke to him, and he told me that he will issue the refund the following week. The following week, the refund was not issued.. surprise surprise. Don't expect "chocolate chip bagels". It's considered sacrilege! You get a free bagel for every 12 bagels. They have maki rolls here too, and some great looking cheese "bulkes" (buns), similar to my Latvian/Lithuanian grandmother's baked goods.
