I have been in here multiple times. They have a great variety of options for flooring and the staff is extremely pleasant.

After they couldnt carpet they recommended, they up sold another carpet which was a little pricey. Problems started with installation, workers didnt speak a lick of english and at one point ended up at neighbors doing some work for them. They did not put anything back after job was although I paid extra for moving. Would not reccomend and will not use again read more

Excellent service and experience today! We had an appointment set up first thing when they opened with Kevin, and couldn't have asked for better customer service and expertise. We came in to pick out colors for interior features in our home that's currently under construction. He already had a great theme planned, and we only made one change to the carpet color but not bc we didn't like what was chosen. Their store and showroom had plenty of options and I felt was organized and very nearly kept. I would highly recommend them based off this experience. read more

We have been working with your employee Isidro Marquez from your Mill Creek store on May Ave. in OKC. He has been phenomenal! I sent out quotes for lumber to many local businesses. He was on of the fastest to respond. Not only for lumber either, he also was able to get us bids for windows, doors, trim, and more. He said he would love for us to be able to get more of the things we needed in one place. He was able to find us exactly what I wanted and we are so thankful for his hard work. Isidro is very professional, a fast worker and was even able to get us a good deal. If you are looking for help with a new build you should definitely ask for this young man to help you. We had are floors done and they ordered 6 extra boxes won't take it back when they installed it plus they added a bunch of extra costs the person that helped us was an old man that obviously doesn't know how to do there job obviously is you want to pay a bunch of extra costs go through this crappy place negative stars should be a thing.the installers were great efficient did awesome but transition pieces weren't even ordered how do you mess up this badly it's not rocket science read more

Their communication is SEVERELY lacking! Went in on Thursday and picked out a floor tile and a backsplash tile. The sales rep (also the manager) said he would put in the order tomorrow (why not put it in right then and there?) and would call us to confirm the delivery date. He never called on Friday. I called him on Monday, and he said he would check and call me back. No return call. I called again on Wednesday. Suddenly, this flooring tile he said I should by Friday is not available until April! Fine, we canceled it. The rep/manager says I will need to bring my credit card in when I pick up the backsplash tile to get the refund processed. When the backsplash comes in, I go to the store to pick it up, and they tell me it's at the warehouse. The warehouse closes at 3:30 every day, so now I have to make arrangements the next day to leave work early to pick it up. I'm told they will handle the refund there. When I get to the warehouse the next day, I'm told they don't handle money there at all, so there's no way to get the refund. I have to go back to the store for that. There was a lot of miscommunication or no communication at all. They also have no information on their return policy, but basically, they have to order everything, and anything ordered cannot be returned. That should be clearly posted on their website. Overall, it was a horrible experience here, and I will not shop at Mill Creek again. read more

Really poor communication. Took home samples for laminate flooring for a one-room redecorating project, and then I called three days later asking for measurement appointment. No return call after 7 days, tried again, three days later got the appointment. No show at scheduled appointment, called the next day with excuse after excuse why they didn't come and didn't call that day , set up another appointment, the measurements were taken. They said I would have my bid in a day or two....one week later still no bid. Phone tag for 3 days, asked why I couldn't just get a rough estimate, salesman said all kinds of excuses about how backed up the were due to rain, and then the computer system was ing changed etc. Lon's story short they first told me 2000.00 then when I begged for a written estimate they went uptown 3500.00 due to tariffs and no good installers would take the job. The email closed with "we cannot do your job". Lost 4 weeks in getting this pectoral to move forward and have nothing to show for it. read more

A few years ago we used Mill Creek for a carpet install and had a wonderful experience, from beginning to end. Since we'd had such a great experience before, we decided to go back to them for a larger carpet and tile job in our home. The tile installation began on a Monday. The installers left their lunch trash on our kitchen counters, window sills and fireplace every single day. Because I couldn't stand looking at it, let alone Covid-19 concerns, I was forced to clean up after them each evening after a full days work that entire week. Terrible! The installers left on Friday having completed the tile work but didn't put our doors back up, didn't put our washer and dryer back in our laundry room, didn't put our toilet back and didn't put our baseboards back on. The next day, Saturday, the carpet was installed by two different men who were asked by our sales rep, also the store manager, to do us all a favor and move our washer and dryer back into our laundry room which they did and we were grateful. When I asked if the tile guys would be back to finish the last pieces I was told we'd have to wait until Monday to find out. My husband and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary that Sunday putting our house back together (putting the doors back up and moving our toilet from the garage back to the restroom it belonged in) We were able to do everything besides the baseboards which were finished that Monday. We are now left with a small hole in the kitchen wall and are missing one baseboard! I'll stop here as I get upset all over again. I generously gave 2 stars because the floors do look good but the way we were treated during the process was one that I wouldn't wish on my biggest enemy. read more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We ordered carpet almost 2 weeks ago. Today we find out our sales rep forgot to order our carpet. Now, we continue to wait after we have already paid down over $500. Great way to conduct a business. You will not get good customer service, nor will you get a timely return call even if you beg for someone to call and update you on the status of your order. I was told they could refund my money, but they didn't keep my ticket so I would have to give them my card number over the phone. Not going to happen. And why would you throw away a ticket you had not completed yet? I will never use this company again. Very disappointed. read more

Walked in today to look at fireplaces and told someone would be with me shortly. Waitied for a moment and a lady appeared and offered to page whom ever works in that area. After the page I waited another 8 min looking at different fireplace inserts. Listened to the female employees talk about the money they spend at OnCue buying drinks and at other restaurants while the men were engrossed in their own conversation. I walked out, without receiveing any assistance, right past 4 employees who didn't even acknowledge me. I will just take my business elsewhere because they obviously don't need it. read more

I initially talked with Mill Creek about replacing existing carpeting and wood floor with all new wood floor. Very nice and agreeable at first and was told the job would be done in 1.5 days at most. Team was sent out to remove old and replace with new wood. Crew broke a ceramic tile in the entrance floor and I was told it would be replaced. No communication from Mill Creek about when things would be done. Called them and they said they would get to it when they had people available. They did not have all the supplies needed to put in the floor and had to replace tile before finishing the job. The tile man came 5 days later and blew dust from his vacuum all over the house. Never had cleaned the filter. Here I am with unfinished floor 8 days later and still NO Communication as to when it will be completed. I have been put on the back burner for completion of my job and Mill Creek doesn't seem concerned at all. read more

I am sharing this because I rely heavily on reviews when I am searching for a service of any kind. I want to share our honest experience. It happens to be a very negative one. We had the worst experience with Mill Creek Carpet & Tile on North May Avenue. We ordered all new flooring for our house, both carpet and tile. I will say the carpet guys came and installed without a hitch. Our problem was with the tile. Bottom line, a job that should have taken a week, or two tops, took 4 months to complete. There were so many issues along the way, they installed chipped tiles, the grout lines were (and still are) really low, they grout color was everything from a very light gray to a dark brown depending on where you looked, the color we had picked was Earth, a medium brown, there is lippage that you actually catch your feet on. They cut tile inside the house so everything was covered in a thick layer of tile dust, we had to have a cleaning company come in after everything, we have changed the filters twice now and they are still catching dust. They sent crew after crew to fix things and it seemed that every new day brought a new issue. They moved our washer out of the way and in doing so broke the knob, (a $200 a fix), which we were reimbursed for, but the big thing, is that they tried to glue the knob back on and put the washer back and hope we didn't notice, I noticed when my washer knob was pointed to "Delicate" but the light for "Heavy load" was on, then it popped off and a big fat glob of glue was on it. They cut tile in the driveway and cut INTO the concrete with the saw, my phone charger and my raybans vanished. They completely destroyed our thresholds. Once they laid the tile the thresholds were too tall and the doors wouldn't close, so they literally took a hammer and beat them flat. It looked horrible and there were gaps between the floor and the doors big enough for bugs to come into the house if they liked. I'm sure I am forgetting something, but hopefully you get my point. It was a long horrible experience, I hope that nobody else has this much trouble trying to upgrade the floors in their home read more
