I wanted an orthodontic viewpoint on a solution prior to the crowns and veneers flying. I chose to seek out the expertise from this group of Doctors as my son had his braces done with them & they were great. Kathy at the front desk was always pleasant too. Nancy, assistant to Dr. Beth Blackwell Nill began by asking me questions, listening and looking in my mouth. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Nill came in to meet with me. Same routine- asked questions, listened to my thoughts and examined my mouth. She discovered broken porcelain in between the two teeth and advised a more simple and cost effective solution to my problem would be to have another crown replaced rather than go down the path of orthodontia. Her passion for her work is clear and she has experience to back her expertise. She also gave me some great information about shading with respect to veneers and crowns, going to the labs and strongly encouraged me to make sure I was extremely satisfied with the work. When expressing my enormous gratitude to them for their help, they both assured me they were happy to help and even said I could call with more questions. Bottom line, I know their work is excellent as my son had his braces done here. After my consultation with Nancy & Dr. Blackwell Nill this morning, I have immense respect for their honesty, love of their work and product, and willingness to help.
