The Universe has a perverse sense of humor and our problems started. I had a "vanity" key pattern I really liked. I found something close. Got it cut at Lowes. It worked in the new side door lock but not the front door. Then we discovered that one of the keys that came with the new lock also didn't work in the front door. I ordered a keyblank like the one I prefer. We tried a (different) locksmith in Everett. He cut the key, it didn't work, he declared the blank "junk" and said "throw it away. He cut me an aluminum key; half of the teeth were missing. We also had a lot of communication problems. We tried another Everett locksmith who claimed they had a blank like I wanted in stock. They didn't. I was frustrated. Today we tried Everett Lock and Safe. They: recut and filed the two almost-working keys to work in the front door AND cut me two working keys with the blanks I like. Extra points for no communication issues. If we need a locksmith or to have another key cut, this is where we will go! 10 stars!

I did the usual thing: looked up reviews, sent out requests through Google and Yelp, and got back a flood of responses and calls. It was overwhelming, but after speaking with a few companies, David immediately stood out. He was the only one who came across as a true expert, and he freely shared detailed information just to be helpful, even before I'd committed to working with him. I got a great vibe right away. Even though I live in Seattle, I drove out to his business in Sammamish to get my car worked on. Because of the particular situation with my car, he had to order parts and went 1000% above and beyond throughout the process. I trusted him with my car, and the service he provided was just outstanding and the best car experience I've ever had. He got the job done perfectly, and his communication every step of the way was fantastic. We had these guys out for a fairly straightforward job by their standards--we needed to hide some…read morewires, tuck away a couple components, and set up the TV sound to come through some additional speakers for added volume. They showed up right on time and got right to work. They did everything quickly and pleasantly and exactly as asked; they even figured out stuff that I wouldn't have been able to explain--even though all the equipment was already here, it wasn't stuff they sold. They upgraded our blown speakers and left everything in perfect shape, nice and clean. We couldn't be happier with the work.

Wise Locksmith really went above board for service and professionalism…read more Had to get my front door lock replaced with something more modern and (most likely) safer as one too many "break in attempts" by my "friends" who love to drink MY BEER and Complain I don't have their favorite brand. Sad. At any rate, these guys came right away, put on those shoe covers over their shoes (even tho I told them that wasn't necessary!) and got me my new modern lock in less time than it took for me to feed my dogs and get them to do their business (both #1 And #2). I spoke to Chris who I think was one of the managers and he was as honest as they come. Really went way above and beyond for the service expected from a lock and keys place. Thanks guys for saving me from further breaking from my annoying friends and also from potential burglars (the real kind). Took some key blanks I bought off eBay for my vintage Mercedes to get extra keys made. Turns out…read morethe blanks I had were the wrong ones and they didn't have the right ones in stock. But a lengthy search found blanks that did work and I was able to get my spare keys at a reasonable price. Totally satisfied!
