We recently had Mill Direct install a relatively new flooring product called Luxury Vinyl Planking (LVP). We had approximately 1,800 sq. ft. of flooring installed in 7 rooms, including BR's, LR, DR, & FR. The installers did an excellent job over the course of the 3 days they were here.. They arrived on time and left the house spotless at the end of each day. The installation included removing the existing carpeting and tackless. The installers were very accommodating when it came to working around furniture, personal schedules, etc. We were very pleased with their skill & professionalism. Joe G, owner of Mill Direct, stopped by our house 3 or 4 times to ensure everything was OK. Mill Direct did a FANTASTIC job! In addition to the flooring installation, we needed work done on our main staircase before we could have a new staircase runner installed. Joe G. @ Mill Direct was able to recommend the necessary skilled tradesmen to re-do our staircase, including sanding and re-staining the stairs, installation of custom newel posts and wrought iron balusters. Again, the workers he recommended did an outstanding job. When they were done, Mill Direct installed our staircase runner. Joe G @ Mill Direct was easy to work with. We went to 3 flooring stores in the Flemington area. We wanted to replace wall to wall with hardwood on our entire second floor and on the stairs. Of the three, only Joe Gherardi (Mill Direct) offered to come to our house to look over the job and offer us ideas/ suggestions. His crew of highly skilled craftsman did a perfect job, from taking the time to properly level the subfloor to installing new balusters on the stairway. The flooring installation was excellent. I cannot say enough about Mill Direct. They were fantastic to work with. They worked around my schedule and installed hardwood floors very quickly (within one week of me contacting them). After the installation, I had an issue with one of the boards. Mill Direct validated my issue and ordered a whole box to replace one board (and they let us keep the whole box!)
