Broke the wall, cabinet and pipe under sink(yes) while removing flooring. Don't hire them without reading this entire review. Financial and emotionally draining and damaging. See the pictures, they already charge me for floor removal(vinyl and laminate) And leveling and prepping. Reason they want to upcharge me. 1) Coz its laminate under the vinyl we have to charge you more. 2)we can only remove some portion of it coz it so difficult to remove and have to level it so we have to charge you more( they already charge for leveling see picture below) 3) you are asking for underpayment we have to charge you more. (already charged me prepping) 4) this job is too small we have to charge you more. Literally finding reason to charge me more and blaming me more upcharge. For floor popping. It started next day after installation and I saw it and hoping it won't get worse but it got worse the day after started falling apart. Now everywhere I walk I hear pop and falling apart and it's just been 2 days. and I know they will blame me coz I ask for underpayment but during installation, I heard other guys ask to Brandon about removing this... point to floor (debris and uneven things sticking on floor) and he said no.. she want underpayment so they don't have to prep or even out the floor and make it free from debris coz they were not going to warranty flooring so its ok to bad job. And I know they will blame the customer if flooring breaks. I saw that in previous one star review. While removing flooring, they were so aggressive literally broke one of my cabinet and wall in the kitchen closet.( see the picture) Rip the carpet and flooring in the closet and living room. Pipe in the kitchen broke, dishwasher stop working. I had to call plumber to fix it. Such sloppy job, left portion of previous flooring under cabinet and try to hide it with hanging baseboard. For the money I put in, I was surely expecting better quality than this. Spending thousands of dollars for flooring and installation down the drain. I never dealt with such dishonest bunch of people in my life. I would give them negative rating. Just horrible. If you love your house don't hire them.

I also regret agreeing to pay in full up front, which I now know is a red flag in general. If you work with Brian, some questions you may want to ask: * Will you take any measures (at all) to protect surfaces that are not the floor, like painted walls, trim, cabinets, light switches, doors, sinks, and millwork, or should I expect to find wood stain smeared on the first 1/2" of all vertical surfaces where they meet the floor and fingerprints/smears pretty much everywhere else? * If you stain things that are not the floor will you remove the stain if possible or otherwise fix the damage if not? * Will you stand by your installation work, or are there situations in which you will not guarantee that the floor will not cup, move, gap, bow, sink, etc? * Is there anything you are not mentioning to me now that you might offer as an explanation for poor results after the job is complete? * Does the quoted fee include the entire area under discussion or are you waiting to tell me about another fee? * If you subcontract the job, will I be dealing with you or with your subcontractor? * What will you do in the event that your subcontractor damages my property, eg puts a 12' long scuff down the face of a brand-new wood cabinet with a sander? Will you fix that or drag out dealing with it for months on end until I bring up a small claims suit? * If I pay you in advance, do you care at all if I am happy with your work? If she could mess up a simple bathroom, I would be very scared to see what would happen with a bigger project like a kitchen.
