From the 1st moment I visited Carpets & More I was greeted by professionals who knew about the products that they were selling, and the correct type of installation for my home. I was impressed by the many choices that were on display, and the explanations offered on the differences of each product, and which product suited my needs. After my wife and I finally selected a product, and after we took it home to see how it looked in my home, we made arrangements to have someone come to my home to measure. I was given a date and time that I could expect the service manager, I was very suprised that he came to my door at the exact time that was promised, there are a lot of service companies that could learn from these people. The service manager, measured and went over the best way to install the wood floor I selected, he also discussed with me the best course of action for the rip up of the ceramic tile that I was replacing. He also took the time to explain what might occur to the subfloor during the rip up and the need for a cement patch and what the cost would be if I needed the patch. He took the time to explain all of this so that would not be any shock if I needed to have the patching done. He was right, I did turn out to need some patching and I was prepared for the extra cost. I cannot say enough positive things about the installation team that was sent to my home, these guys were very professional, very clean, and very neat, they cleaned as they were doing their job. My job wound up taking longer than expected, due to the need for the patch. The installer showed up everyday at the exact time he said he would be there to check on the moisture level of the patch. He refused to cut any corners, and would not do the job until he was satisfied the patch was suffeciently dried. I would have no problem recommending Carpets & More to all of my friends and family. read more

This review is specific to the kitchen design center specifically and "NOT" to the wood/carpet portion as they did a spectacular job on my floors and I will be using them again in the future (love Billy). This review is for Alexandria of the kitchen design portion. I signed an agreement with Alex in September to redo my kitchen and as of Monday December 9th it was completed. That alone should tell you the type of experience I had (e.g. timeliness). Let me start by saying Alex came to my home to oversee the process twice throughout the entire 3 months this went on. She did not oversee the installation of the "wrong" countertop that I did not choose at all. She was not communicative and ignored messages sent to her about the lack of turnaround time. It should not have taken this long to finish my very tiny kitchen. She only had one guy for the most part working on my kitchen and only brought in two (occasionally) when I asked her why was there only one person. Now I will say in the end I am somewhat happy with how it all turned out but I really had to get use to the countertop that was not the one we chose or discussed. The countertop provider claimed it was her fault it was the wrong slab also. read more

This company did an outstanding job - I purchased a good quality Mohawk carpet for my bedroom. I was surprised that the price was very competitive with the big box stores, and quality was better. I called the installer the night before the scheduled installation to ask that they come in the afternoon instead of the morning due to family emergency, and they politely accommodated me, switching their schedule around! Installers were very polite and respectful, ripped up old carpet and moved furniture quickly and efficiently without any damage or complaining. Carpet was installed, and they cleaned everything up. I was asked to inspect the installation before signing. They did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied. Very professional! And the best thing is - after two weeks of walking on the carpet - no fuzz! I love the carpet, and would highly recommend this business. Friendly and professional! read more

Michael helped me and gave me all the relevant information l needed to make my decision. I wanted a delicate print with curves. Something with a little life, but not to loud. I chose the Lake Montreal pattern. The attention Michael gave my mother and me was very much appreciated. l shopped around for many months, before deciding on Carpets & More. The installation was done by Marko, who challenged me to find where the carpet seams were. Even though I knew where they were (Michael, Marko and myself talked it over)... Best place for flooring! Large selection of all types of flooring. Wes and Mike were overly knowledgeable and professional in helping us with our vinyl floor. Every question we had was answered. Pricing was amazing. Wes offered many suggestions as to what floor would work best and was always available. We were able to bring home samples to get a feel for how the floor would look. Delivery and installation were done so fast. The installers did a flawless job. They removed the old rug and cleaned up everything. I would not shop anywhere else. I recently returned to have my remnants recut, with no charge, and scheduled to have the carpet stretched again no charge. This warranty extends to new home owner should you sell your home.
