This level of communication made me feel very confident and informed about my care. During my procedure, the dentist and hygienists were gentle and meticulous. They checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed, which was incredibly reassuring. I genuinely appreciated how they made me feel safe and well-cared-for throughout the entire visit. The email criticized my decision to leave a review, questioned my character, and framed my feedback as an "attack." One part of the message stated, "I believe all people are good hearted. They deserve respect, compassion and a conversation before attacking. But that's just how I run my life." This was particularly upsetting given that I did reach out directly to the office first, asking why I was never informed of the risk of needing a root canal. My concerns were not meaningfully addressed, and I was left to seek further care elsewhere. Framing my honest review as aggression while positioning oneself as morally superior felt dismissive and unprofessional. It is concerning that a non-clinical staff member would send a private message attempting to shame a patient for leaving a review rather than professionally addressing the issues raised. This response reinforced my decision to seek care elsewhere. I am sharing this update so future patients understand not only how treatment concerns were handled, but how patient feedback is responded to afterward.

I called and talked to Mikee and she was very helpful. The next day was the appointment. Mom was scared to go, but she did.After one x-ray they discovered she had a cracked molar. Dr. Warren was able to remove the tooth that afternoon while she was there in the chair. He was very kind and patient, and made sure that the root of the tooth was removed . At my first visit with Dr. Warren I was told I should consider a nightguard, Invisalign and I had 8 cavities. My husband's visit followed with similar outcomes and 6 cavities. Finally my teen daughter had 4 cavities. Our former dentist who we loved but no longer took our insurance provided a 2nd opinion- I ended up having 2 (not 8) cavities and my husband and daughter NONE. Imagine betwen myself, my husband, and my daughter we were about to get 18 cavities filled! Now I only need 2. This is so upsetting. I miss him, but that same level of care has continued with Dr. Donald Yang. Dr. Yang is fantastic; he takes the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and always makes sure all of my questions are answered. I also love seeing my favorite dental hygienist, Felicia, who is hands down the best hygienist ever. The receptionist, Nina, is also wonderful; she's incredibly sweet and always helps by reminding me of my appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Donald Yang and the entire office. One of my clients referred me to Dr.Bronzini's practice and at first I was hesitant due to the yelp ratings, but I figured I give them a shot. After 2 visits I must say Dr.Bronzini's practice was remarkably one of the best dental offices I've ever been to. This is a specific review for the dentist - Dr. Rey Bronzini...not the practice overall…read more Dr. Rey is nice and friendly, gentle, and quick. His assistants are always pleasant as well. I generally experience a pain free visit (until I get the bill!) when I see Dr. Rey. I do wish they'd update their office a little. This is the only dentist I've seen in recent years that hasn't updated the look in a while, newer (more comfy) chairs, or offers TV/movie/music during the visit. A distraction is always nice.
