After I was at the office, they informed me that they don't accept my insurance and I may be responsible for 100% of the cost of the surgery! Waste of my time and theirs!! This should all be checked prior to arrival!! Also (this is little) but everyone sends appointment confirmations now and I got nothing from them (no phone call, no text, no email). I had to call them to make sure I had the right day and time, and to confirm the address. Would be nice for them to reach out to me.

I had my first appointment at this location, about 3 months ago now, I needed a place where I could be seen asap, as I was having some tooth pain, so to start off they made me a treatment plan , and told me what the price of everything would be, with my insurance. I ended up getting quoted about 20,000 dollars, which I was like what the actual fuck. I ended up applying through a finance program, which the manager Jennifer , I felt like I was being pressured, and she was like"this is your mouth, and you only get one of them. After I applied, it was around 5,000 dollars. After I was approved, they were able to see me, I got a couple of fillings, and was told I needed a crown , so I was able to get a temp crown put in, and since this aspen is bit of a drive , I decided to stick with the location in Rockingham. After my crown came in, I had to return back to Monroe to have it put on, the day they did it, I told the dr. It felt a bit odd and a bit high , I then went on about my day. Then two weeks had an appointment at Rockingham, to get some fillings done , and a cleaning. I told them about tooth number 31 that had a crown on it, and how I was still having pain , hot and cold sensitivity , which they told me over and over was normal, couple of weeks went by, and I was still having pain, so I went back to have it looked at again , and was told it still looked fine. Finally I called them and told them this isn't normal , and I should not have to take ibuprofen every day just to ease the pain, they told me I had a balance of 1000 dollars , I needed to pay before being seen again, which obviously they care more about money than anything, they told me my insurance didn't cover the cleaning I had done , and something else, which i thought that was the reason I applied for the finance program, but whatever I finally got to see an endodontist , and he said it looks like the nerves under the crown is deteriorating, which aspen should 100 percent be , at fault for , there is no way in three months , that nerves would deteriorate like that , they should have recommended a root canal and then crown... and now all that money spent , just to now have it extracted... I will be talking to someone higher up. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! AND DON'T GO HERE!!!!!

Regretfully, I have had two occasions to partake of their care. Dr. Alessandrini is a super…read moredentist, in fact a dentist AND a MD (medical doctor). He really does know what he is doing, is pleasant, lays everything out for you and answers your questions. His staff are equally super, pleasant and overall nice, from reception through operations and out through billing. Billing does the insurance work and accepts just about any credit cards for your co-pay. I learned a lot and had absolutely no problems with healing, pain or after surgery. You are having oral SURGERY, so this is not just a walk in the park. Make certain that you have someone there to drive you home and it is not a great idea to go back to work after the procedures. Make certain that you do get a prescription for Amoxicillin and take your dose an hour prior to your surgery. In fact, it is a good idea to take a prevention dose before any dental work. Your mouth has a lot of not so wonderful bacteria and will flow into your system via dental work. That includes cleanings. Be smart and safe. Don't dread the implant treatment. It is done nicely and correctly with Dr Alessandrini and you will be surprised at how easy it all was. Highly recommended.

I've had to deal with him regarding an emergency situation and he did what he had to do, during a pandemic to get it done!
