They quickly turned into the dentist we continue to use for our 6 month cleanings and anything in between. Based on doctor recommendation I started Invisalign treatment here with high hopes and left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and shocked. When I attended my follow-up appointment and raised genuine concerns about seeing no improvement, the response was shocking -- instead of listening, the dentist immediately went on the defensive and began blaming me. When I pushed back, she told me to stop treatment if I wasn't happy. I took her up on that -- and that's when things got worse. There was zero attempt to understand my concerns, ask questions, or salvage the situation. The dentist didn't engage at all. Instead, she sent her admin to collect $2,100 for a treatment I would not be receiving, and had me sign a document stating I was "voluntarily terminating" the agreement. I paid, expressed that the experience was deeply unprofessional, and left. What happened next says everything. I received a call from their office offering me a partial refund of half my money -- but only if I agreed not to post a review. That is not how ethical healthcare practices operate. Patient concerns shouldn't come with a price tag for silence. If you're considering this practice for your dental needs know that if things go wrong, accountability here is not guaranteed. I waited before writing this review because I wanted to give the office every opportunity to resolve our concerns. Unfortunately, after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel it's important to share what we've encountered so others can make an informed decision. Our daughter had her wisdom teeth removed, and we were initially charged for the extraction of three teeth. During the procedure, however, only two teeth needed to be removed. As a result, we overpaid and have been trying to obtain a refund since June 12. When we first contacted the office on June 12, we were told the dentist was out and that the refund would be processed the following week when he returned. Since then, we have called two additional times to follow up, once in July and again a few days ago, and despite repeated assurances, we still have not received our refund. It is unacceptable that it has taken months and multiple phone calls to try to recover money that is rightfully ours. Unfortunately, this was not our only negative experience with this office. My husband was told he grinds his teeth at night and that he needed a night guard. He has never had issues with grinding his teeth, but because the office told us our insurance would cover the cost, he agreed to order one. Once the night guard arrived, we were informed that insurance would not cover it after all and that we would be responsible for the cost. We were then directed to the fine print on the paperwork stating that insurance estimates could change. While we understand estimates are not guarantees, we feel the cost and uncertainty should have been communicated much more clearly before encouraging us to proceed. My experience also raised concerns. During my second appointment, the male dentist told me I had a cavity that had developed since my first visit with their office and recommended having it filled. However, my previous dentist in another state had already documented that same cavity before I moved. Hearing it described as a new cavity that had appeared between appointments was simply inaccurate and made me question the credibility of the diagnosis and the information being provided. Between the billing issues, the lack of follow-through on our refund, the confusion surrounding insurance coverage, and inconsistent information about treatment, our family has lost confidence in this practice. We had hoped these issues would be resolved privately, but after months without meaningful resolution, I believe it's important to share our experience so others know what to expect. read more

I needed an emergency visit for a cracked tooth on a Saturday morning. My call was returned promptly, and I was physically in a chair 90 minutes later! The staff is professional AND kind. I was assisted for X-rays by Jenifer, who was a wonderful asset to this dental practice. Dr. C's office is first-rate, clean, modern, all the bells and whistles. Everyone did a great job in making me feel comfortable with the not so fun experience of having a tooth pulled. Doctor C knew right away what the solution to my very painful toothache was. The tooth was way in the back of my mouth, so it wasn't a necessity but more of a burden to keep it. I needed to find a dental office to take my daughter to for routine cleaning and as always I checked Yelp first and found many dentist offices in the area. I called them all but the were booked out. I was fortunate that Carrington Square was available and I'm happy that they were because the dentist and entire team that treated her was amazing. They did the routine exam and cleaning and was able to see other issues that needed attention and they explained everything in a clear and concise way. The cost of the procedures were within the range I was expecting and after my daughter's visit was complete, I was happy in knowing that I took here to the right place. The front desk did an amazing job taking care of appointment details, being professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring.
