Rude and overpriced....I bought my first E-Vapor unit from the Sac store. The dark haired dude running the store was obviously annoyed, as he would answer my question with the least amount of verbiage on the package I was interested in, $80.00 unit. He would keep going back to his lap top and act unapproachable. I purchased the unit and some juice that I like. I have stopped by to get more juice, only to find that they are out. This happens often. Do you think they can order enough product? And to make things worse, I drove from Placerville to get juice and the store was closed for lunch. What? Friggin bring your lunch!. The sign said closed for lunch, be back in an hour. What does that mean, since there was no time on the sign of when that person left for lunch. Others were waiting. That was the last time I went there. I found the No Bull juice online and buy it cheaper. I also go to Hangtown Smoke shop in Placerville where they know how to run a shop, with very nice, cool, knowledgable staff. The place is packed with supplies.. Millenium is definitely a nice, very clean smoke shop! While they have a lot of variety, they are definitely overpriced. I can buy a lot of things cheaper at a local smoke shop. In the past when I've come here for hookah supplies the staff has been very knowledgeable, attentive, and efficient. This time that was NOT the case. Came in to get some new tobacco flavors and Whitney had no idea about anything. What flavors are the most popular? She had no idea. Which is the better brand? She didn't know. What's the price of these packs of hookah tabacco? She had no idea on that either. It was frustrating. The most annoying part was she made no effort to even ask one of her fellow coworkers for the answers to these questions, she was completely fine with just telling me she didn't know and had no intention of finding out for me. I'm not sure how she got this job with such little knowledge and no interest in changing that. read more

This shop is awesome, when i first went here it was like walking into a museum full of water pipes. From big to small and expensive to relatively inexpensive pieces, no names to name brands they have it all. The employees were knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about. Very high quality pieces. I always leave the store thinking of get rich quick schemes so I can run back in there and buy one of the many display pieces. I have been coming to this store for over 6 years on and off when I have been in the area and it is one of the reasons I like to visit this area honestly! I have not found another store that has as many high quality pieces even when I was living i berkley and in walnut creek. The staff has awlays been very friendly and patient with me and they are glad to let me carefully inspect any piece I want. They seem very knowledgable about the lingo and the popular glass artists and all that. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is that I just feel that some of the pieces are a little bit overpriced..Not all.. just some. I did some comparative shopping and for the most part I feel they are reasonably priced but you might find a better value elsewhere. Again this is my favorite shop so far to come to and window shop for collector pieces and they make for great presents too! read more

Review amended: I received a fair deal regarding the defective pollen press and feel satisfied with the outcome. Thanks to Chris and Brian for answering all our questions and helping with additional purchases. And don't fret if you can't afford the high-end glass here. You'll be a better person just by looking at all the creative bling. And believe me, there are plenty of treats and necessities to fit every budget. I would have never gone here based on the reviews, but I was looking for a gift and I am new to the area and my cousin said this was the place to shop for good glass. Having my defenses up because I was expecting poor/rude customer service, and high prices. I was please to find the guy who helped me was patient and knowledgeable. As far as prices are concerned there seemed to be a variety (something for everyone, on any budget) I purchased a Sheldon Black piece which is expensive not matter where you go, but I believe you get what you pay for and it's American made. I would definitely go here again and felt compelled to give them a good review. I say check them out and decide for yourself! read more

I come to this shop quite frequently to get anything I may need. They have a pretty big selection, but I would have to agree with most people and say the prices are much too high. I cant leave to place with a decent piece unless I leave an arm and a leg as well. I will continue to shop here, but I guess I will have to keep saving up. And just looking for deals. read more

BEWARE!!!! This stores no return no refund policy includes selling defective products!! When I took my product back to the store after it stopped working after only 3 days I was informed that it was not their problem and inferred that I broke it myself!! The manager offered to sell me a new one for 50% off but why would I pay another $35.00 and take the chance of the new one not working??? read more
