If I could rate a "zero" star I would. This is a head shop even though they ran radio adverts touting the "largest indoor humidor in Northern California". The humidor was maybe 25% full and they carry only those that are available just about anywhere (Acid, Macanudo, various fruity infused flavored cigars...blech!). I walked in, took a look around then walked into the humidor. Saw they had a sparse selection and headed out. I asked the counter person of this was typical and she said, "Yeah...we mostly sell water pipes and 420 friendly stuff." Cool...but not for me. read more

This shop has everything you could possibly imagine except friendly workers. A friend and I went in to get an attatchment piece for her hookah, we were looking, along with the emplyee, of pieces that would fit it since all hookas are different. The employee, a woman, misplaced an attatchment or didn't count it or got confused and accused us of stealing it. She made my friend and I both dump out our purses which was embarrassing and irritating. This shop is great, but they need a more alert employee. read more

I have been to many "smoke shops" over the years, and this one is all flash and no substance. Sure they have a "large" selection, but every single price is hidden and you have to wade through the hired help pressuring up-sales and garbage deals. Don't let their "buyers club" bonuses fool you; they won't honor it for a lot of their stock and cop an attitude when you bring such a fact to their attention. I've been going here for a while out of pure location convenience, but I have had just about enough. Nice store, the employees are cool. The owner's mom is a nightmare. She is rude and thinks she is in charge of NASA, not a small smoke shop. That is why I do not shop there. I went to Millennium few times big store lots of shit. But when it comes to customer service u might as well just help your self-cause they won't. I live in walking distance but refuse to step foot in that store again. The first day I went in there I just recently broke my bong, bad for me good for them you'd think. But I went in there with $300 looking around I ask this sort little guy to look at a couple, he sighed like I was bothering him by making him do his fucking job. So went to Twisted and made my purchase there instead. The second time just went in for papers and some 420 cleaner sounds quick right, WRONG! There was one girl in there that looks like she's out of high school like dropped out, she told me one sec she was helping somebody. More like flirting with some dude, I waited 15 mins then was like fuck this shit and never came back and told all my friends to do the same. read more

I go there for my vape products. Every time I have been there the employees have been excellent. Had a few issues with a new vape mod I bought(which they have a good selection of) and they did all the trouble shooting for me until it was resolved. Millenium Smoke Shop - itaste SVD - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Roseville, California

This review went from a 1 star review to a 3 solely due to Millenium's website support employee, Stephanie@Millenium. To make a long story short, I purchased a vaporizer through them that came with no instructions or warranty. Their website clearly stated it came with those items. I contacted the store and they told me the website had an error and that there was no warranty on the item. They offered me store credit. I didn't want that as the warranty was a major selling point for me and I wanted the same item. The manager ended up telling me to contact the owner because he would not be willing to refund my money. I did not contact him because I was told the only time would be Monday at 10 AM (I had work) and there was no other way to contact him. So, I ended up going to their website and contacting someone through email. Luckily, I got someone that actually knew what they were talking about. Stephanie provided me with the warranty info (which was 5 years) as well as the manufacturer number and instructions. She was very helpful unlike the store employees and I feel like she put in the extra mile for me. Thanks Stephanie. read more

Employees are friendly, very professional, and happy to help you. Very busy when I went in, but they made sure everybody who came in was aknowledged and would be helped shortly. Good customer service is one of the most import things for a business to have, and I felt this place had it. The shop is very big and from what I can tell had a good selection. Although I only went in for 1 item, and I didn't thoroughly look at everything they had. I gave 4 stars because I would never give any place 5 stars, as I feel every business has room to improve. I'm an avid customer, as well as my family. We have always purchased our glass there. Tonight 5/08/2020 I had one of the worst experiences trying to purchase a new piece of glass. I walked in, and was ignored by an employee that walked in with me, then the other staff asked the said employee to cover him. He walked over and said "what are you looking at" then I responded and the response I received from the employee was so unprofessional, & so unpleasant. His response was "keep looking my boy went to take a shit". Then walked away and yelled to another employee let me help the pretty lady. Then returned and then again left to help another customer that walked in after the fact while his boy "took a shit". Long story short ask for the owner only person that has done me right. Only reason I'm writing a review is because I'm in customer service aswell and that was the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
