So disappointed thinking I found the perfect new spot. They have a massive selection. Decent prices. Around the corner from my house. However, after spending like 150- I also decide to try a new pipe. When checking out I give guy 100$ which he dosnt have change for. So I take back the 100$ hand him exactly 31. Pipe was like 30.16. However at this point guy is super flustered. Cause he can't figure out how to cancel a transaction so he can ring me up again. Ends up mixing the money I gave him with other money. Gets annoyed and says something about being made to jump through hoops because I insist he count his drawer(at this point I'm pushing it because it's awkward the way I'm feeling like I'm lying and trying to scam them over 30$) anyway. Guy counts his drawer tells me that it's on point. But I don't really blame the employee. Can't trust a business that doesn't provide accurate training. Or making sure people entrusted to handle money can count and things like that. Anyway. Like I said. Disappointing. Guess I'll be continuing to make that drive out to sanctuary to re up. The worst part about it. Place is decked out in cameras. I'm sure it could have been figured out. But you know, you shouldn't have to feel uneasy asking a biz you just spent some coin in to figure out what just happened to your cash because you're made to feel crazy. Well. We had to exchange a defective Aspire Breeze vape today. The young man who served us was really knowledgeable and very helpful. However, he charged me the price of a new coil to replace the defective one. When I got home I tried to email the manufacturer and could not access any number for them. If this company knowingly sells a product, which they will happily sell you the replacement piece, I don't feel that I should pay a penalty. I would prefer to let the manufacturer deal with the problem, but no. I will shop at a store which will be more ethical. read more

I must say... I am quite DISAPPOINTED with the customer service here! When we first walked in this store seemed really cool with the variety of things it had. There were 4 people there 2 men, 1 new girl and the floor manager. My boyfriend and I came in looking for a couple of things. We were greeted by a gentleman and then walked around to look for the things we needed. When we located the first item the man seemed helpful but then as we started asking questions it seemed that he just wanted to sell us something. He did not seem knowledgeable on any of the products. When we asked him questions he acted like he didn't care to answer. Then as we were looking for the second item he was distracted and uninterested. We were in the middle of asking a question and the man walked off away from us to 2 other men who just walked into the door. They were either friends or regulars that he knew. Leaving us with the girl who was very new. She didn't know much....I understand the girl is a new employee but she was a little unfriendly and didn't uninterested in the sale. Even the person who we assume was the supervisor or manager seemed uninterested in helping us. We still bought the items because it was my boyfriends birthday and he was really excited to get these things. So it's been a minute since I visited Millennium, and the newer store on Cirby I only got to see for a total of 5 minutes, but I was impressed in the short time: the guy working was really knowledgable about vaping, and he didn't try to nail me on unnecessary upgrades a noobe or someone not looking to compete in cloud competitions, didn't need. Some of my buddies vape and use these crazy advanced contraptions that I can't even handle at 50% capacity, and the store I was going to buy from initially is where they shop, and those guys were trying to sell me on the same rig, spending countless minutes explaining why every part of the vape practically needed to have the most expensive part they carried. I'm glad these guys didn't do that. They were efficient, thorough, and didn't act like sales guys. And let's face it, we don't like sales ppl. P.S. For some of you WHINING about rude service and overpriced glass, if I was an employee, and you felt the blown art wasn't worth the price, I'd be rude to you, too. It's not that they are overpriced, it's that everywhere else is underpriced because most places rip the artists off by low-balling them, and then they under-appreciate their work by selling it for way less than it's worth. Stopped in on my way to a poker game to grab a couple cigars in order to save a trip to my humidor at home. Well, I wish I made the trip home because these cigars were terrible. One cracked as soon as it was taken out of the cellophane and the second one I gave to a friend blew apart as he finished the first third. They're obviously kept too dry so with that in mind and with the limited inventory I'll never again visit here to purchase cigars. read more

I got it in hopes of taking it to travel but both batteries (two different brands) would die out after one dab so there was no point. I come here for high-end glass. They are one of the best in Sac! If not the best. They got HItman glass, HBG, Sheldon black, Dave Goldstein, and a lot of good stuff! (even a hitman torch tube!!!) I came into this shop as an 'easy customer'. I had no online orders, no phone-in expectations, and no prior research or bias to local smoke shops. Upon entry, I was greeted and I continued to 'window shop' all the glass that I obviously could not purchase. I still enjoyed the sights, and was pleasantly surprised to discover I was not ambushed by a sales person persuading me to purchase the $10,000 piece of artwork, akin to my previous experience in high-end glass shops. I wanted something under $100 dollars, as it was all I had in my pocket. As I examined glass that I could afford, I asked for help. I like having to ask for help, because some customers do not want to be helped. I was helped immediately and professionally. I believe his name was Chris, and I believe he was a supervisor of sorts. Chris showed true passion for his job, and he mentioned that he "loved being able to build pieces" seeing as I needed more than one attachment for my rig. I was able to have a conversation with him, and everything felt fluent and un-rushed. He even gave me a discount because I am a CA medical patient. Interestingly enough, it's also pretty much the most expensive smoke shop I have ever been to due to the size of the store and the overhead they inevitably have to pass on to the customer. I will say it's the largest -and most impressive smoke shop in the area. The staff is somewhat knowledgable about the glass But most seem like they are hired for being buds w the owner. surprisingly small e juice selection for a big place. Staff is friendly which is the highlight of this store for me. This place has potential if they hire a manager that can do sum TQM (overhaul) the way ppl experience the store from the moment they walk in. Perhaps somebody with a degree? Dunno but that's an honest review of this place, basically unless you have $$ to burn, there are plenty of stores within minutes (sac) that have great stuff with much less overhead which = about a 11-33% less expensive item. read more

Horrible Manager. Worst glass shopping experience. I went in on friday the 28th of August to buy a new dab rig. The manager Ben was pretty rude and neglectful as an employee and manager. He kept walking off while helping me. Cute girls kept walking in to buy puff bars and the asshole kept instantly ignoring me for them, even though is was about to drop almost $200.00 and they were spending $10.00. He wasn't the only employee on staff but he kept orering the other employees to go do other thing instead of helping the customers so he could keep the sale for himself.
