"Friendly Mike", the owner told me they did. When I arrived, I was told they actually didn't have them and that it would take about two weeks to get them. Since my wife and I were leaving on a road trip across Alligator Alley the next morning, I felt I had little choice but to buy another tire. Mike recommended Forceland Kunimoto tires, saying they were a great value, so I reluctantly agreed. I was also charged an additional 3% for using my American Express card, something I wasn't expecting. Although I was the first customer there that morning, it took approximately 2 1/2 hours to replace four tires. During much of that time, Mike (a different Mike) seemed distracted and spent more time talking about his dating life than focusing on his work. I heard of many of his "conquests"! Unfortunately, the real problems began after I left. I drove only about 5 miles before parking the car at my wife's office. When she went home that afternoon, one of the rear tires was completely flat. She called Mike, who initially told her to bring the car back the next day. After explaining that the car couldn't safely be driven and that she was about 27 miles from home, he reluctantly agreed to send a mobile tire service, while repeatedly complaining about how much it would cost him because it was after hours. The mobile technician determined that the problem was caused by a faulty reused valve and valve stem. Then, about six weeks later, another tire went flat. That's when we discovered the TPMS sensors had never been properly relearned after the tire installation. The dashboard correctly detected a low tire, but it identified the wrong wheel because the sensors had not been matched to their proper locations. When I called Mike, his immediate response was that it wasn't his problem because more than a month had passed. After I explained that the TPMS issue only became obvious when another tire went flat, he told me to watch YouTube and reset the sensors myself. When I explained I didn't own the required TPMS programming tool, he simply said he didn't have one either. In the end, I had to hire another mobile service to repair the tire and properly reset the TPMS system. Everyone can have an occasional problem. What separates a good business from a poor one is how they respond when something goes wrong. In my experience, Friendly Tire did not stand behind its work, and customer service was disappointing from start to finish. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.
