Everything from the lanes to the customer service was poor. Our balls repeatedly stop returning to us and the employees were of no help. There were 6 of us trying to have a night out, bowling only last an hour for 6 people to finish,we had to pay for another HR to finish the first one then we couldn't finish the second unless we paid for another HR,so we said forget it,it hard to finish in an HR with that many people playing,we spent money on some fish that consist of nothing but skin!!!! read more

If I could give them a half of a star I would. I ordered my food to go for me and my granddaughters and I mistakenly failed to double check it. Once I got home, I realized one of my granddaughters did not get her mozzarella sticks @ a cost of $9.99. I called the establishment only to be told VERY RUDELY that he COULD NOT do anything. After spending over $100 at that place, I was VERY disappointed at how he treated me and my granddaughters asked me why he was so rude. I won't be going back any time soon. I dont even want to give this place 1 star. I am a frequent bowler. I do tournaments, leagues, and champions. Tonight I really wanted to go out and bowl. Unfortunately the place near me was already closed. So I found Millennium Bowl. It's 40 mins away from me but I decided whatever. I still wanna bowl. So my significant other, his friend, and I make the drive to go bowling. We get there and there is empty beer bottles in the parking lot a bunch of people outside looking like they are up to no good but whatever that doesnt bother us. We get our bowling bags and go inside. Yes it is late when we went but I had called the alley and they said they close at 2 so we had about an hour to bowl. It was 1:05 when we approached the gentlemen at the desk. He tells us he cant gibe us a lane cause he closes at 2. I then state that we would have an hour but he refused. I asked we cant just bowl one game? Its only 3 of us. He then goes on to state that the owner made this rule that it has to be by the hour. I said thats fine its just 5 mins and he then states he has no option to be able to give us a lane and that the owner made this rule. We leave. I called to get the gentlemens name and he states Collin but i doubt that was his name. He also tells me over the phone that he cant give out any lanes because there is a tournament going on. At 1:05AM? And i also know there wasnt as i was just in there. So all in all i know why he refused us and i hate to say it but its because we were white. This place is racist. You can also tell its a place that isnt the safest when there is a police office stationed there. Told we couldn't bowl at 4:50pm bc a tournament was taking up all lanes at 5pm. It's now 5:10. No one is here. Our corn dog nuggets were also still frozen on the inside, but they ended up giving us new ones, . We really wanted to play one game, just the two of us.... What a let down. read more

Been bowling here for several years... Prices have been going up, $5 for a Coke.. Ridiculous.. And service is going down... Food is questionable at best, depends on what teenager is cooking. Short version: - It's a bowling alley! You've done this dance before ;) - The lanes all work - It's super busy - Food is the usual fair-style nachos, etc, but the fries are awesome! - They do do the cool late night black lighting! - Bar with karaoke competitions on Saturday nights (plus, bar!) The biggest downside I found was that the seating/tables for each lane overlap, with one slightly forward and one slightly backward, but the tables are all *really* small so bowling with a group gets extra crowded, real fast. The other downside is that the selection of bowling balls is quite small - both of these problems are because they have a TON of lanes, more than I've seen in most bowling alleys, while the space isn't that big/much bigger. Since the best part of bowling is hanging out with your friends, it's a bummer that both Professor Bowl and Millennium Bowl have such godawful seating. Small groups of four will be fine, but 5+ and it's just not enough space, especially if there's a big party next to you - and, as busy as Millennium Bowl is (especially on weekends), it's likely to be a busy group on BOTH sides of you. It also has a bigger arcade and more pool/foosball that other alleys in the area, although the beer selection is nothing compared to Professor Bowl! read more

It was nice when we walked in a more adult type setting then they turned the lights back on in minutes of us getting there( it was passed midnight) . Kinda killed the vibe. We went to the bar and was rudely informed that the bar was closed by a red head lady. We had just walked in and before we could ask about alcohol she just started saying "the bar is closed" , last call was over 15 mins ago" we had just got there and was unaware. The bar was the whole reason we went. Gonna try a different bowling alley. We paid for two games but we asked for a refund for the last one and at least they gave us our money back. read more

Had I read the reviews beforehand I would have never walked through the doors. Previous reviews describing how rude the staff is - are true. My daughters attempted to play a few games only to lose tokens (essentially money) due to the machine not functioning properly. I immediately notified a staff a member and his immediate response was they do own the machine. He also tried to claim there was a sign on the machine but someone removed it; however, a young lady intervened and explained to him she had infact been playing the game throughout the night and no sign was on the machine. He then said "well we don't refund." I immediately asked for a manager- she refunded me the tokens. Nevertheless, I can only imagine how many others have patrons have lost money/tokens and told there was nothing they could do.... The Bowling League on Thursday nights take up practically every lane. Got here at 7:30pm but wasn't able to bowl until 9pm!!! The 2 young guys working the desk had absolutely 0 personality & acted like it was such a chore to answer our questions & do their job, when we are PAYING customers. Like if you don't like your job... QUIT!!!! Giving it 2 stars simply because it serves its purpose: we bowled & we had fun doing so. Also, the old man bartender was quite nice, despite my vodka red bull costing too much (in my opinion). They have pool tables & air hockey & foosball which were nice options to play while we wait (even though they costed $). This is a great bowling alley. The lanes are up to date and good. We bowl here in a bowling league in the summer and fall. The pics that I included are from a league night. There are 32 lanes. They have 3 pool tables and a couple fooseball tables. And a small arcade. There is a pro shop for the league bowlers that's always open on league night. They also have a bar for 21 & up. And they have concessions food , hamburger chicken fingers etc ... read more

My family loves to bowl and we have always been well served at Millennium Bowl. However if they can't keep the air conditioners working properly I will go somewhere else. It is miserable bowling league when it is so hot and humid in the building. It's not even that warm outside yet. At this rate it will be completely intolerable this summer. read more

The staff is really funny and cool ... In fact they were protective of me and my friend when there was a group there that was very sketchy .. They made sure we were safe and well looked after. This location is clean and even though a little louder (normal for a bowling alley) a very nice place to hang out with some friends and have some fun. :) read more

Me and my friends paid for two games and did not think to get a receipt after one game was over we went to the bathroom and when we came back the lane was shut off I went to the front desk and tried to tell someone about it but the man would not even look at me and kept saying you bowled for what you paid for and did not even check to see if he was wrong so we got so frustrated we left I checked to see how much I was charged and I was charge $20 when I called up there to ask about this they were very rude and argued with me saying they could not do anything cause I did not speak to a manager when I was there and they would not even listen to my story after talking to two people and both being rude for no reason I hung up I will not be going back here read more

If you don't mind waiting or wandering around trying to find an employee to assign a lane or pay for the games you played it'll be fine for you. Literally had to wander around to find the person to get a lane and then waited 10 minutes to try to pay for my games. I telephoned the Millennium Bowl from my mobile phone while I was waiting to get a lane. The phone rang 20 times so I finally hung up. They are not interested in providing customer service. I ordered a medium Diet Coke from the fountain area. She was so uninterested in being friendly and had the nerve to charge me $5.10 for the Diet Coke that I had to fetch myself. What are the prices of the alcoholic drinks if a Diet Coke cost more than half of the hourly minimum wage in the state? Amazing they stay in business. read more

ZERO STARS! The owner of this establishment lacked an ounce of customer service. His demeanor lacked compassion or even the will to ensure his customers were taken care of. He spoke so unprofessional and rude to myself & family and what made it worse is that he displayed this in front of our child. His house his rules is what he showed. If you're looking to gather for a good time and hang with family & friends or have a great tournament DO NOT go here. If you could careless about being treated with respect then this is your place. Your dollar is all he cares about. I for one work hard for mine and to be mistreated anywhere is what I will not put up with. His manager sat idle by as he mistreated my family. Terrible customer service! We waited and waited and waited the management misjudged, deceived or lied about the time we would need to wait... it was a league night so we waited as patiently as possible. Finally got a lane and Then they put us right next to a loud, disruptive family that didn't know what they were doing- kept rearranging the balls, taking our balls and the whole family would congregate at the ball pit. We loved the bowling pro shop and we had a great visit with the pro. However, The people running the front desk were so rude and inconsiderate that we played one game and left. What a disappointment!!! We've currently bowled in every state across the south and up the East Coast, including New York City and this was our last one on our trip headed home to Texas. I went here on a date, and it was a blast. It's clean and well-lit (a problem I have with other bowling alleys) there were plenty of lanes ... just an all around good atmosphere that is everything I think a bowling alley should be. Only two issues: Staff members who seemed a bit less than thrilled to be there - but you can't expect much from what's likely just a weekend job for students. The best Central Arkansas has to offer for bowling. Much better than the alternative Professor Bowl in Little Rock. The site has 32 lanes with automatic scoring and bumpers (if you want it) which is a plus and also glow bowling for those who are interested on Friday and Saturday nights. Be aware that there are many kids (tweens and teens) who hang out at this place but this place offers a full bar to drown them out. If you don't want to bowl, there are billiards as well. Because this is the best bowling site in Central Arkansas, it receives a 4-star. But nothing special when compared to other bowling sites in other major cities. I can't say enough great things about this bowling alley. We have always had a good time and like it way better than Professor Bowl. The staff are nice and very accommodating, and I've been there when it was super busy to absolutely dead. Their cheeseburgers are heavenly. Arrived at the alley at 4pm. I was to meet a friend in the bar, so I went in & sat down. Of the employees I saw between the front door & the bar, no one even bothered to speak. I then proceeded to sit at the bar for the next 25 minutes until my friend arrived. Not one person had tried to wait on me during that time. One employee had actually come through that area to use the restroom & again, nothing. When my friend arrived, she found someone up front to come make us a drink. When I told him how long I'd been there, totally ignored. His response was 'well, the bar doesn't open til 5'. If that's the case, why leave the door unlocked? Why couldn't the employee who walked through, ask if I needed help or mention this? The door was open, lights were on, every tv above the bar was going, but it was 'closed'. In all fairness, there is a sign by the front desk telling you how to get help at the bar. I had not been to the desk, so how was I to know this? As far as bowling, we had fun & the place was clean. I used to enjoy coming here. However, the other night I was KICKED OUT for being sensitive the strobe lights. That's all. The manager literally said "ma'am, I have the right to refuse service to anyone." Like I was some kind of trouble maker! It was humiliating! I was crying infront of him and all he cared about was how I was paying. He was so rude and unsympathetic. I will never go there again.
