They installed two fences in my neighborhood as well a couple of years ago. Those fences flex about as a solid steel flag pole. I don't understand how they do it with just tamping the ground. Cost wise they were 70% of Perfection Fence and Home Depot. I can't recommend them strongly enough. As for the person upset the receptionist hung up on them, I know I'm not a saint at least a couple days a year either. If they had called back they would have been treated fine.

What I do know is Dustin of Blinn's Fence is a craftsman. My experience with his work is "5 Star Perfection!!!!!" His estimate was higher than the other two contractors I contacted. After being put off repeatedly by the other two contractors. I called Dustin. Dustin actually showed up and did an excellent job with a difficult fence repair during the holiday season. Considering the equipment he used, I fully understand his pricing being higher. Dustin left virtually no signs of his repair. The other contractors had said they would have to dig up a portion of the pavers to do the repair. Dustin with his experience, expertise and specialized equipment did not. I highly recommend Blinn's Fence for any fence work required. I will be a repeat customer.

Then, after you have given them thousands of dollars, they drag their feet and refuse to schedule the job until you jump through additional hoops that were never spoken about prior to the 50% deposit. And since they have your money now, with little way to get out of it unless you sue them, you have no power to make them do what they are supposed to do. Even after that, more over-promise and under-deliver. they convinced me to let them install ahead of another yard contractor, saying they would do install the next week if I let them go first, and then backed out on the promised timeframe via text after it was too late to get the other contractor (landscaper) back in time. (and the delay will likely now turn into AT LEAST 2 additional weeks because the following week is now supposed to rain all week. I paid them over a month ago. I still have no fence and no scheduled install date. - Please don't hire these scammers. Or if you do, don't pay them a cent without a guaranteed install.

I met with Mr. Cunningham who was very polite and professional. I gave him the dimensions of my gate and asked him to make sure the with of the gate was 46.75" wide. He stated he would and the gate would be ready to be picked up in Plymouth the following Wednesday. I paid $395.00 plus tax and drove back to Mattapoisett. I called the following Wednesday and was informed that the gate was not on the truck and I would have to wait another week to pick up the gate. After waiting another week I called your Plymouth location to see if my gate could be picked up. Didn't make the truck again!!! I was informed that the gate was in Stoughton. Now waiting 3 weeks for my gate I told Mr. Cunningham, I would pick up the gate. Picked up the gate and drove back To Mattapoisett to install the gate. The gate was manufactured to 45.75" wide and looks awful installed on my beautiful fence . Mr Cunningham made a note on the work order that " MAKE ACTUAL WITH 46.75"-THIS IS IMPORTANT. This was not a good experience. After posting this review I was contacted by the owner ,he gave me is personal cell number and he offered to replace the gate and personally deliver it to my home.
