You don't just stop by and get a free opinion, I guess, etc. I was quoted $149. to look at the vehicle, this was to go through the vehicle to find/evaluate other problems that I did not request what so ever, I found this out afterwards. This charge was not applied to the repair I requested. Mo and the old way of doing business is very much missed. The mo's mechanics were very helpful and never once in my visits did they try to sell me on more than I requested, they actually saved me so much money vs the dealership. Mo and gang, I miss ya guys, thanks for the many years of excellent service. No mgr and clerk, just a well trained staff back then.

I only paid my deductible for the work as I called my own insurance to prevent issues dealing with another company. I will be bringing by another vehicle I own to get a quote on the front bumper since it has a lot of rock chips that I would prefer not to see. Imagine being hospitalized after a bad car accident went to establishment to retrieve my keys which he LIED and said he didn't have. It took the Sharoville police to call and ask one day later if they had keys and low and behold miraculously they claim the keys are in my disabled car cup holder which isn't true because my coffee cup and water bottle were in the holders when I retrieve it the day before!!
