I paid $1200 for 6 treatments of my underarms and bikini area, and started to have trouble scheduling appointments after my second visit. Now I have been unable to reach her for several months. It's unclear whether the business is still operating, as I never saw anyone other than Julia in the office, but I am fairly sure I will never be getting the remaining 2 treatments that I paid for.

Patience is not my virtue and I'm sure many can relate to the frustration of not having what you paid for, but to keep the Mrs. Happy, I keep my mouth shut and decided to just let it go. It has now been almost 5 months since I had it done and I can still see the effect and I'm going to continue doing it. Heck, I might even try some laser hair removal one of these days. About a week after the appointment, Julia called to follow up and see if I had any questions or concerns. And just yesterday I received another call. I don't think smearing blood on my face is going to help 2nd degree burns. Oh and this is the same business as Homeland Spa, working under two names. Now I am going to have to pay an attorney to help me with the costs of improving my face.
