Our chef took the time to come speak with us, recommend cuts of beef and generally go over our options. This was a lovely surprise as this rarely happens. We started with "fall off the bone" ribs and the Hallumi - (squeaky cheese - wish I could find this here in SoCal... if anyone reading this knows a place... please let me know!) We ordered rib eye steaks, I had the filet... with sides of creamed spinach/truffle fries and Mac and cheese. Everything was cooked to our liking, and the chef came back out to check on us. You can't mess up ordering any. And can we talk about the popcorn and ice cream?!?! All guests are welcomed with the complimentary popcorn. Then as you exit, you're given a token for a soft serve ice cream. Just loved it.
