This Immensely unprofessional owner needs to rethink the fact that there's so much competition in the smog shop service area, (Literally every corner you turn) and the majority of them treat people with respect and don't waste peoples time and money. Be cautious of the ones who advertise for discounts on Groupon and other sites they're probably doing it because there is so much competition and they don't get any business because they run their business poorly so they have to get desperate and give discounts but they really don't know what they're doing. I ended up crawling under the dash n discovering that there were 2 ports under there. #1 was for the engine n the 2nd was for the body n suspension" sophisticated eh?- I should have not had to get involved by having to hold gauges or intercede to get then to perform the job properly , particularly at almost $100.00 price tag!n 1 hours wasted time working with technicians who were suppose to specialize in exotic cars. Next time I will ask for the senior to do it correct the first time!
