The problem is that I was issued an extra vertebra in my spine, in the lower back. The curve of the spine, in that location, is deeper and my midback tries to keep me balanced anyway. But the upper back and my neck get involved and each becomes a bit out of place to make up for the design quirk right at the base of the whole spine. Surgery is not an option ! It has never been an option. Chiropractic care has been the answer to the stiff muscles and irritated nerves that go with that extra little bone sending mis-alignment up the whole spine. Dr. Nehra's plan of care has exceeded that of all the others which my job transfers have brought me nearby. They were each very good practitioners. But I repeat: he is at the top. And he creates a staff which supports and contributes to such outcomes for everyone they care for.

The friendly and helpful front staff counts for alot in my book and you typically might wait 10-20 minutes which is nothing for a medical establishment. Once with him he will spend time if you are new asking questions and really listening. If you are a regular he keeps up a steady patter about all things life to distract you from the various clicks and drops. All in all it works and he has unstuck both a clavicle for me as well as a twisted hip. Nothing hurts, at all, just sometimes can be startling with a table drop. But he is great about letting you know what he is doing and before you know it you are done.

Every ache and pain I have ever had in my body he has taken care of (NO MEDICATIONS NEEDED). I started going there because I was having terrible migraines and someone suggested seeing a chiropractor. Of course having someone hold my head and snap my neck in all directions was completely nerve-racking since one wrong move and I could be dead, but he is so professional he immediately puts you at ease. He is extremely personable and KNOWS HIS STUFF!! I pick his brain every time I go in and ask a million questions about what he is doing, why he is doing it, how he is doing it, how certain things in the body happen, etc. He answers every single question I have patiently and fully. One time I had a problem with my jaw locking up. I saw my primary, she told me take Tylenol and put ice on it. I asked my orthodontist and was told the same thing. I saw a specialist and they said the same thing. Very discouraged, I thought I was going to have to live with never being able to eat a sub again since my jaw didn't open correctly. One day I was talking to Dr. Medeiros and mentioned it, 10 minutes later my jaw was fixed. HE IS A MIRACLE WORKER!!! I even heard a story from another patient about how their newborn baby was getting terrible ear infections & no doctors could fix it. They mentioned it to Dr. Medeiros, and TA-DA! He fixed the baby! Incredible!!! The office staff is extremely personable and knows every single client by name as well as their life story. Even if I go a few months without coming in, they still ask me how my mother is and how work is going. You can't find that these days. Getting an appointment is so easy, they will always fit you in. My work schedule barely allows time for me to breathe, never mind go to the doctors. So when I get a free minute I call to see if I can come in & they say, "Sure, come on by now!". It was so bad that it was impacting his ability to enjoy his time out here with us, so we set out to fins a chiropractor who could get him in asap, which is how we found Chiron. We had called probably 15 places before the Dr called us back. He was so friendly and told us we could come right over and he'd see us immediately! It was all we had as an option, so sight unseen, we went. When we arrived, we didn't know what part of the building he was in, so we parked in the front. We ended up finding his office in the back, so we just walked around. The Dr met us in the entry way, and introduced himself and handed over intake paperwork. Dad got his adjustment which sounded very thorough, and also got some heating treatment and muscle stim for the inflammation. I was really impressed with how hard the Dr worked to try to get my dad back into his regular self and out of his pain. I was equally impressed his fee for the entire visit was $50 which I thought was competitive and excellent for his newly established business. The Dr has only been in this location for a few months, but he has a great bedside manner, works hard for his patients, and has super convenient hours to accommodate days, nights, and weekends for a variety of patient schedules.
