Despite sending my medical records multiple times and being told they were in my file, Dr. Schwartz said he had none of them at my follow-up visit. He was rude and dismissive, did not acknowledge my wife, questioned why I was there despite it being a scheduled follow-up, and brushed off several out-of-range blood work results by saying, "Trust me, I am the doctor," rather than discussing possible causes. Each visit felt rushed, as if there was a strict time limit. When I calmly asked questions and tried to discuss specialist recommendations, he abruptly ended the appointment and asked me to leave, claiming he felt "threatened." Based on my experience and similar reviews from others, this practice appears focused on high-volume visits rather than patient-centered care. I would not recommend this doctor or practice.
