I went to three different doctors for my problem,…read more (recurring tonsillitis) The previous doctors prescribed me stuff that didn't work and didn't really know what was going on, also they didn't seem very thorough. I was finally referred to this place: first off, the staff was amazing and friendly. Shauna is funny, caring, and very smart. She made me feel hopeful and when I told her I was afraid of needles she even put a topical numbing cream on my arm before I went to get my blood taken. They never gave up. I was almost in tears because I was so tired of constantly being sick. So, after extensive testing, I decided to get my tonsils removed. Each episode of illness I had they got me in and treated right away. The steroid shot they give is incredible. It makes me feel better within 24 hours. But it wasn't a solution, when they suggested surgery I was pretty nervous... I knew it was coming to that (I was getting sick every month and we tried every antibiotic we could. Including long-term ones. And on my own time I even tried apple cider vinegar shots with honey... nothing helped) Now, at the age of 25 a tonsillectomy isn't a picnic. It was Probably one of the most painful recoveries I've had from any surgery. But I was after doing some research I was expecting that. Dr. Miller was the one to perform my Surgery and she made me so comfortable. They called and checked on me and made sure my recovery was as good as possible, I even got another steroid shot when swallowing became an issue. It worked wonders. I would gladly suffer through 10 days of painful recovery for a lifetime free of strep. Thank you to everyone there that helped me through this. You guys all rock

I chose Dr. McDonald largely because of her very positive reviews, and I now wish I had trusted my…read moreusual instinct to research more thoroughly before agreeing to surgery. This has been, without question, the worst medical procedure I have ever undergone. I left the experience feeling like the focus was more on moving quickly to surgery than on my long-term well-being. I later learned that Dr. McDonald has part ownership in the surgery center where the procedure was performed, which made me uncomfortable. Looking back, I feel sinus surgery was recommended too quickly and the seriousness of it was downplayed. We did not fully explore other medical treatment options first, and I was not adequately prepared for the possibility that surgery could make my symptoms worse rather than better. Unfortunately, that is exactly what happened. Since the surgery, my sinus issues have significantly worsened. I've had a sinus infection on and off for the past two months and have gone through three rounds of steroids and three different antibiotics with little to no relief. I am far worse now than I was before the procedure. On top of that, I have completely lost my sense of smell and taste and have been unable to smell or taste anything for over two months, which has had a significant impact on my quality of life. Follow-up care was also disappointing. Communication from the office, especially from the nursing staff, was inconsistent at best. Getting help or answers beyond routine matters often required repeated effort, and important concerns seemed to fall through the cracks. Eventually, I sought a second opinion from another doctor. He offered several treatment options that had never been discussed with me previously, many of which did not involve surgery or repeated oral steroids. It made me realize how limited my original care plan had been. I take some responsibility for trusting the positive reviews and moving forward when I should have slowed down and asked more questions. Still, patients depend on their physicians to clearly explain risks, take concerns seriously, and exhaust reasonable non-surgical treatments before recommending invasive procedures. I strongly encourage anyone considering sinus surgery to get more than one opinion, ask detailed questions, and make sure you fully understand all available options.

As of now she is practicing and even follows the covid 19 guidelines encouraged by the cdc. When I first got to the parking lot i got a text asking if I were present. I checked in by saying yes and i was then directed to come in. I approach the door AMD knocked since it was locked. Once someone heard me they came out and checked my temperature for fever (I had none). It was quick and non invasive. I was wearing a surgical mask since I was encouraged not to wear the type with a valve . once I got in I was asked to provide my insurance. After we had sorted it out I was directed to sit which I didnt wait too long tbh. A nurse name Danielle helped me. She took my vitals (I even provided her my weight ) since she didnt have a scale but over all friendly on any questions/concerns i had about covid. I didnt wait too long for doctor either. It was a quick visit and I am satisfied on my overall charge upon leaving. I am confident that they had my health in mind and enacted an very clean hygienic/sterile atmosphere in light of the pandemic . keep up the good work ladies!

I had previously done one at a sleep center with a results of it's okay you don't need anything. The doctor ordered the study and I had already met all deductables so it would be free to me. No one ever called me and next time I went in they were going to order it again. It was late December but there was time to get it done before the end of the year. Again no one ever called. After January they called to set it up. That meant I had a new desuctable to meet. The person xalled and asked if I wanted to pay what it would cost for the take home study. It was over $800 but would be towards this years deductible. I was set up with an appointment to pick up the device. After I got there the girl said the attaching probes were on order but not in as of yet. That ment I would ha e to return. Ok it would have been nice to get a call letting me know before I got there and saved a trip. They were going to call me. They never did so late that day I called and the probes did not show up. We decided that she would call Tuesday since the freeze had canceled school for her kids. On Tuesday she never called I waited until Wednesday to call around 11am. The probes were not in. She finally called back and i got the device. I used it and returned it yo her on Friday with her word she would get the data to be analyzed. She would call me maybe on Tuesday. I waited and never got any calls. Later i the week I decided to call them. I found out she had neen laid off on Friday. The appointment for the results was later. I got all the reminders of my appointment and arrived early like always. The doctor that was to go over the results informed me that the device still had not been downloaded or reviewed (waste of my time again). I was told that a person to get the data was going to be hired on Monday and she would have to be trained. We both figured a week or so would be needed. I called after two weeks and it was still not ready. I waited to hear from them but nothing... I called again the next monday.. (third week) I was told that it still wasn't ready, but she would find something out and call me back. I never heard anything back.Today (2-26-26) I called and got a run around sent to a line no one answered and called back. The girl I had gotten before did not answer but when this one pulled up my record she saw everything going on. I was tired of all the run around and demanded a refund. I also had new appointments that they made on the results visit and demanded they be canceled. (they always make a new appointment to keep up the round robin they operate) I said I would be up there in 20 minutes for a refund. Got there (now they claim they have the results) I told them I wanted the refund and cancel the appointments. It took some time and a talk with one of their staff (i voiced some of my issues) to get it done.
