But the last TWO contractors I hired for garage installation took all my money and vanished. I was beside myself. I called all these places trying to find someone to help me, and not only did Bill come out that very day, he actually started the job immediately and finished it within the next 24 hours!! After being strung along by other contractors for SIX MONTHS ("oh, the weather isn't good for working on garages" or "oh maybe there is a missing part and I can't do it") I was shocked by how competent and quickly Bill got this job done and for a very reasonable price. In fact he had to rip out the work done by the previous two contractors. I really wish I had found Fowler Garage Door Service from the very beginning. If I had 12 more garage doors, I would hire Bill to do all 12 of them. He installed New cables and told me that it was Way out of adjustment and that was why it was snapping and causing my cables to eventually fray.
