I understand offices have schedules, but the lack of flexibility was frustrating, especially since I notified them in advance about an uncontrollable situation. I'm disappointed by the lack of consideration after my effort to make it there. I hope the office reconsiders its policy for such circumstances in the future.

Dr. Cable told her she should have general anesthesia for the procedure, she told him she didn't want to go to sleep. He was angry about it. When she arrived for surgery, she planned on local anesthesia and showed up with a soda in her hand and told him she'd just eaten lunch, she said he was pissed and they put her to sleep anyway. After the surgery, her finger was mangled, she can't use it anymore and it hurts, the surgery was done about 5 years ago and she's still maimed to this day, at least she's alive because she couldn't have died. You can't eat or drink anything at least 6 hours prior to general anesthesia. I myself got a new job 6+ months ago and I noticed my managers finger on the same hand, pointer finger, looks just like my Moms. I asked her what happened and she told me she saw cable. She said he kept telling her she needed general anesthesia and she refused, she said he was absolutely pissed about it and in turn he did the same thing to her that he did to my mom. This man is a monster, don't see him, run as far away from him as possible.

He is very professional and follows up your extraction with a call to check up on you late afternoon/early evening. Both my teen age daughter and I have had wisdom and not so wisdom teeth extracted sometimes under anesthesia and sometimes with only a local. No problemo and kind professional care.

Wong told that they will not take the insurance and I will have to pay out of pocket which could be anywhere from 150-450 for the visit I'm on a fixed income and on social security, don't have that kind of money to just pay out of pocket not to mention the smug attitude towards me.
