We called Cumberland Comfort Pros and got a very sweet professional lady who immediately contacted an emergency tech and on the road he was to fix our leak. Our leak was expediently repaired and folks this was in the middle of the night. And we live in a very rural area. We are very impressed with their most definitely awesome quality customer service. For us to post on YELP is an indicator of how pleased we are with this company. And yes, we have used other companies so we can compare the service. We just can't express enough how pleased we are with their techs. They also provide our preventive maintenance service checks to clean our hot water heater. Every teach they send is professional and knowledgable. Oh and they have and can provide ya with a document which identifies their prices for service. No cost surprises. We very much appreciate them. On the morning of the service call, it was changed to 10:00 till 12:00....the technician arrived at 4:30. I Was initially quoted $550 for replacing two flush kits in two bathrooms. After completing the service, I was advised that the iPad had erroneously given me the "Member" price and my actual cost would be $675. I have been advised that the $550 quote was an extreme price for the service call. I later requested an itemized bill and was told "We don't do that" My initial intent was to use a local company, I learned the plumbing service was provided by a company out of Nashville. I have no issues with the work that was done, I do have concerns about how I was charged for this service call, and their lack of openness on how I was billed.
