I will give the nurse 5 stars for keeping me informed when she would be with me. Apologized for the delay. Nurse was great communicating with me and making me feel comfortable. I felt as if she cared and that she liked doing her job unlike the person who checked me in. Definitely will not come back to this clinic.

He was one of my all time favorite physicians. I had to find a new doctor immediately and unfortunately there wasn't many to choose from that fit my needs in the Sutter community within the time frame I needed locally. I was offered to see Dr. Chowdhury in Manteca. I was hesitant at first because I had to make a drive a few cities over and I am a seizure patient. So on a bad day I would have to cancel appointments (so I thought). I was reminded she does video appointments. I am absolutely glad I accepted her as my new physician. Dr. Chowdhury is very compassionate, understanding and gets you the referrals you need for the medical care you need. Her demeanor makes you comfortable and at ease in her presence. Her doctor office staff is very friendly and the office itself is very intimate when you enter. It is in a location I do question and makes me a little nervous and that is why I do give 4 stars. I found Dr. Seitz and was able to be seen within a couple weeks of calling, being a "new patient" this is almost unheard of. I have now been going to Dr. Seitz for a couple of years. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and his staff are friendly, courteous and caring and his office is clean (I personally love that he doesn't want to shake hands, in fact it was a great relief), as for the negative reviews regarding that, it goes to show how smart of a Doctor that he really is and way cool before the COVID cooties arrived). Dr. Seitz is very knowledgeable and does a very good job at explaining conditions and medications in a way where you can understand. He spends a good amount of time with each patient, and fully answers all questions and he's never made me feel dumb for asking a question when I didn't understand something or need more information. I was a little surprised that the online answers didn't make it in there and I was repeating myself somewhat but whatever. The vampire, errr, the phlebotomist, drew my blood without a problem. That's amazing. They took my stats and got as much medical history as possible. They probably heard a lot of other history as well. The person who gave me the pneumonia vaccine got in and out nicely. I yelled a little during the alcohol/cleansing just for the mood. They offered me water and then, suggested that they needed a sample. It's obvious, they're really greedy people. ******** me off. :-D The Nurse Practitioner and I had a good talk as she evaluated my physical health. No one can evaluate my mental health but at least, I made them laugh. It was a good experience.
