The scanner was broken or something and could not scan my QR code so it was pointless. I was able to scan my ID though and all of my info populated and I was checked in. Then the lady called me up to the window and in a loud voice asked me to confirm the name of the service I was having and then proceeded to say the name of the provider, and asked me if that was correct. She should've kept her voice down for my privacy and was quite unprofessional. There were other people waiting in the waiting area so I am sure they heard as well. She ended up being the phlebotomist too and could've asked me those questions once I was in the back with her.

It's a do it yourself and/or figure it out on your own or literally ask another person in the waiting area for help. Worker announces there are only 2 people on and fully booked . No accommodations even for people who have to walk in who absolutely have no phones or assistance. Definitely have tried different locations and surely is wayyy better than this location . The only thing about this location was its cleanliness , staff though need improvement on their attitude towards people especially when it comes to helping people who need check in assistance.

This is an incredible service for anyone who is sick, homebound, or simply unable to get what they need done at a lab. In my case, the lab actually wouldn't do the bloodwork I needed to donate a kidney, so having someone come to me made the whole process possible. Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw. She made me feel at ease and took care of everything (she came to my house, drew my blood and even took my bloodwork to FedEx for dropoff) I plan on using her services in the future not only for myself, but also for my kids. Having someone trustworthy and skilled come to the house is such a relief! Highly recommended.
