I wish I would have gotten the woman's name who took care of her, but I was so caught up in my emotions and stress that I didn't think to ask. I truly hope she sees this because I want her to know how much her kindness meant to us. My daughter was very nervous and scared, but she was so patient, gentle, and reassuring. With the help of her coworker assisting, they made the whole experience go smoothly and helped my daughter feel safe and comfortable. They truly went above and beyond. We didn't have an appointment, and we were in and out in about 10 minutes or less. The check in and check out process was quick and easy, and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Afterward, they even gave my daughter a sticker and a squishy toy, which made her smile and helped turn a scary moment into a positive memory. Thank you for your compassion, patience, and for taking such great care of my daughter. We are so grateful for people like you who make a difference.

At 7:40am I walked in and sat down. Was never called. Waited an hour just to be told I was never checked in and to make another appointment through the kiosk which said next availability is 1:40pm. When I complained they said their kiosk bugs out and if you choose the text later option it won't schedule you and I have to wait until 1:40pm. Worst experience ever I definitely will never be coming back here. All the workers were so rude too for asking simple questions. They don't want to help anyone and give so much attitude.

Said they are only obligated by law to provide interpreter if you have a hearing disability. Confirmed by their manager! Even though their doctor speak Chinese, but the medical assistants said the doctor is not there to translate for them. They also said if you don't have a interpreter with you in person the doctor will not see you. Apparently they speak for the doctors. Then proceeded to ask me repeatedly if I want to cancel the appointment. I said No repeatedly and they just keep asking the same question. Very unprofessional. Since when does a medical assistant gets to make that decision? The patient was referred by a family practice physician. The family physician only made referral here because their doctor speak Chinese and stated not to worry they provide interpreter service. I've worked in healthcare most of my life. Staff at the check-in window and the Dr were very friendly and helpful. Went through the exam evaluation with the doctor, who seemed to understand my physical disabilities. The exam and waiting room were very clean. The only reason for not all 5 stars is that the waiting room had no water dispenser, so bring your own if you need something to drink while there. I'm not sure where the public restrooms were, but I'm guessing they are in the building somewhere outside the office This is a 3 level building with the parking garage underneath the building. There is an elevator available to get to the 1st and 2nd floors. Otherwise, you would need to climb stairs from the street level/sidewalk if you park on the street.
