The staff was very professional, friendly and worked to make sure we had a good experience from initial check-in to getting our photos. Shawna helped my wife pick out a good outfit for the Western-themed photo set. The photographer, Kayleigh, was upbeat and made sure we felt comfortable during the process. Both had great attitudes and we never felt rushed. A lot of fun! We ended up going with the all-digital package and did not get any prints there. We choose this so we could take our time later on to decide which photos we might ultimately print ourselves or have printed at a shop back home. There ended up being about 50 pictures in all, so we are pretty happy with having that many to choose from. I will say that Four Sisters is one of the higher-priced locations, but we are very happy with how the pictures turned out. It's the kind of thing we will probably only do once, so it's worth the cost for the great memories. On the other hand, we may go back and do a different theme. We'll see! After pictures about 12:05 we were moved into a different store front to wait to view our pictures. It is currently 1:22 and we have not been called back to see our photos yet. We are out 2 hours of our vacation. Was going to give two stars because the costumes were nice the place was clean and the employees were kind. But this is insanity. Why couldn't we just see the pictures, print them, pay and be on our way? Changed to one after way man bun spoke to us. Pick one of the other million places in the area. *update: we checked in with them twice: and were told both times we were next, at 1:15 they said it would be 15 more minutes. At 1:30, a guy came in to say get a different customer. I told the man to let the ladies know we were leaving. He said they were a professional photo studio and we needed to pay the sitting fee. I told him they wasted 2 hours of our time and that would be our payment. He "threatened" that they had my phone number. Go anywhere else.

Julia Neeley was recommended to me. I met with for a consult. I showed her a few pictures and told her a bit about life with my husband. I received my tattoo today and began crying...good tears...when I saw the finished product. Julia captured the essence of everything I wanted to remember my husband by. Not only is Julia a very talented artist, she has such a beautiful heart and soul! It shows in her work. I'll never go to anyone else for my tattoos.

Chris the owner is very knowledgeable about her shop and the pieces. When we originally saw the prices of some of the pieces we were sticker shocked. But instead of just brushing us off as "people in the wrong place" she took her time to still explain the pieces and what to look for when buying. She asked all the right questions and was able to get us more in an affordable price range for what we were looking for even down to which frame looks best with the style painting. He was very patient and knowledgeable regarding the artists and their works. We purchased a Giclée ( reproduction of an original by the best professional ink jet print with high resolution, color, longevity, and in our case; on canvas ). Generally, one rarely will realize a return on this type of investment; so we purchased for the pleasure of the artist's work. In our case, Rod Chase. I did some research and found the pricing to be consistent with similar online sites. However, the framing was significantly more expensive. Mr. Cothron was instrumental in our decision to purchase from the Master's Edition as opposed to online. We had rather pay a little more to have his opinion and benefit of his expertise. The purchase was shipped and arrived timely in pristine condition. Will shop here again.
