Where do I start?.. if I could rate this place even one star that would be generous. I am emotionally drained from this place. They have stressed me out past the point of no return. I purchased a 2014 Cadillac srx from them in November 2022.. It is March 14 2023 and I have yet to be able to drive the car I am paying on. I have no clue why this place is not shut down. Nobody is holding these people feet to the fire when it comes to these cars. Oh but I have not taken my feet off their necks. I will be getting my lawyer involved because it is ridiculous what I am going through. The moment I get quiet and angry that's when you know I'm not playing. Let me not get on AJ Ass. He is a problem and doesn't solve anything. I have been up here so many times since November and he looked at me and asked what is the problem. I really wanted to read him his rights. Jose the liar have lied time and time again about the updates on my car which is now sitting at Cadillac btw. Kym has helped me and is trying to help me now. If I wasn't for him no one would take a second look at this. Then AJ had the nerve to ask for a good review. The better business bureau will also hear about this. I live out of state (Tennessee). A month ago I spent a number of phone calls and texts dealing with Katrina with the intention of purchasing one of their vehicles. I authorized them to make a $500 withdrawal from my bank account as a deposit. Two days later, I found a car here locally that I decided to purchase. I reached out to Katrina, and let her know, thanked her for all of her assistance and communication, but let her know I was no longer interested in purchasing their car, and to please refund the money. (10/7/23) She assured me no problem, and I would have the refund ASAP. It is now been 23 days (10/30/23) I have called and texted her multiple times, and she keeps giving me the runaround... Stating that the person that does refunds is out of office that day, or the refund has been issued and it'll be there in 3 to 5 days... Etc. They were more than happy to take my money the very same day I authorized It. But now, more than three weeks after I asked for a refund, I am left with no choice but to assume they have no intention of refunding my money, they are a scam, and have stolen from me. read more

Well, another day another problem! The part came in for the 2008 Nissan Rogue I purchased at Miller Motors. While having the oil cover gasket put in, the mechanic now found not one, but two large holes in the radiator! This car has terminal cancer and seems to be rotting away. The whole radiator needs replacing! The bill, when the car is finished, will be over $1,000, AGAIN!! Owner, Bruce Miller, could reach out to me at any time to show me he's a decent human being and buy the car back for what I've spent on it so far. Until then, I'll be contacting the BBB, and screaming from the rooftops, "Miller Motors is the WORST used car dealership I have ever encountered! I plan to contact a local news station as well. After posting my initial review a month ago on here and Facebook, they made a generic apology and a promise to "do better" on my Facebook post. When I asked if that meant compensating my family for the situation, they mocked me and said they weren't "in welfare business" and accused me of being a scammer seeking a handout. Cuz that makes sense - go buy a used car in good faith, wait for it to die within first week of owning it, pay thousands of dollars in repairs, then ask the dealership for money for those repairs? Follow-Up Review: Reed Prestenbach the General Sales Manager called me up two days after my post and apologized for the way I was treated by Anthony. At his suggestion, he offered to refund me the $200 I spent to get the car inspected in exchange for me editing my review and I agreed. He followed-up on our conversation with an email that he copied the owner saying they would refund my money and asked for my address. Well, 7 weeks later and two emails from me with the information they requested and I still don't have a check. They did not reply to either of my emails acknowledging receipt. On the second email, I wrote that if I did not hear back from them that I was taking it as they were going back on their promise of refunding my $200. The owner Bruce Miller and Reed were copied on the email. Lastly, I emailed Bruce Miller one last time before writing this review and over 1 week later and he has not even responded. The owner would rater tarnish his company's reputation than make good on a $200 promise. That says a lot about what they think of you as a customer. So, I conclude that this dealership all the way to the owner cannot be trusted. They will lie to you straight up. I judge people by their actions not words, and this dealership all the way to the owner cannot be trusted. My advice is to stay away from them. There are other dealers that know how to treat a customer. Miller Motors is not one of them. read more
