Like other reviews, my children's primary is top notch, best of the best, but the corporate…read morestructure of Optum is a mess. This isn't just to vent, there is a serious problem with billing and customer service. The billing department is unable to process insurance, and they keep doing so incorrectly. This can be a hassle with insurance, that is fairly normal, but between two different insurance companies, and multiple corrections and confirmations made to both Optum and multiple forms of insurance, unfortunately, the bill keeps arriving with no changes to the billing at all. This is such a problem that all trust in their system is lost. Customer service (who is a corporate outsource) purposely misrepresents the state of their billing by confirming items that immediately afterward my insurance reports are not present or billed correctly. In the age of internet exposing call center scams, you begin to wonder if the number you're reaching is just a clever scam center with access to your medical data, and with all of the comprehensive corporate leaks that we do know about, you don't feel safe giving any money to anyone anymore. It's really that bad. Calling them to figure out what's going on is basically just taking your time and lighting it on fire in the front yard and hoping the angels appreciate your offering. Optum maintains that this is not their issue, that insurance must have some sort of problem. My insurance is so tired of hearing from me that they decided to reach out to Optum directly. Optum has not changed the bill, nor have they changed the billing process. These bills are going on a year old, and there has been no progress. I am to the point where I have reconsidered whether or not we need single payer, and I am start to understand why Luigi did what he did, I'm not saying I endorse it, but I understand.

I have been coming here for years. Maybe it's time to find a new primary. Second year in a row that…read moremy lab order was not given to the in-house Labcorp clinic. Had to wait in line until someone said there was no lab order for my annual wellness exam. Then had to stand in a different line to have someone print out my lab order. Spent an hour here when it used to take 15 minutes. Don't get me started on the new automated check in system. Many people checking in were having problems checking in.

Do not go here. They treat you so awful. My family is very sick and I got the same symptoms so I…read moreknew I had it as well. When I got there I was basically told to wait 5-6 days with the symptoms and to go see my PCP. Which is not the same thing any of my family members had been told by a different urgent care. They were seen and given medication that day. (UC Health) I got no resolution to my visit. Just told to go see someone else after I've continued to be sick when the only way to get better is with antibiotics. They were incredibly rude and not helpful when I had questions. And when I explained that UC Health had given medication to my family they said "well go see them then". So now I will have to pay another Co-pay to try again with a place that won't treat me like garbage. Waste of time, and money.

Zero stars. You may as well lie down in traffic & wait for someone to hit you & call an ambulance…read more You'll receive better care. I have been having symptoms for a few days but tested negative at home every day. This morning my airway was swollen and I was having trouble getting air. So I went to urgent care to be tested and hopefully get an antiviral med or antibiotic if it was Strep. I tested positive for Covid, but due to a technicality they refused to prescribe meds. Mind you, I can't breathe comfortably. They couldn't give steroids, but offered an albuterol inhaler. My whole point of going in was to get something to help me fight this, and get some rest. Albuterol won't allow me to sleep and it works like a steroid, but has never cleared swelling with respiratory issues in the past. So, useless. What good is it to refuse to prescribe steroids to save my immune system if my airway closes tonight? Huh? When I told them my airway was swollen, they listened to my lungs. They were clear, so I reiterated, "yes, because my AIRWAY is swollen. My lungs are fine." I wasn't heard. My health concerns were not listened to or even met. And I don't know if I will have to choose between breathing or sleeping tonight.
