The representative took all the information and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning. On Monday I received a text asking me about the skylight(???). I didn't respond. On Tuesday at 11:15 I received a call. I thought they were calling to say they were here. Instead the lady starts asking me about the roof I was getting put on(???). When I told her it was for gutters she began asking me all the same information I had given them last week. When I asked her why they were asking for information I had already given she said they had no information listed. She then tried to blame it on "AI" telling me that the AI program doesn't give appointments so that what she was trying to do. When I explained to her that I spoke to a person and they gave me an appointment for Tuesday morning, she became rude and hung up. I took off Tuesday so that I would be here for their appointment. I guess they must think they're the only gutter installation in Westchester. Clown company. Would not recommend to anyone. Zero stars.

Sliding doors continually break. We have normal daily usage. The week after being installed one…read morepiece fell off two of the 4 sliding doors. They were fixed but this keeps happening. I can push the piece back into place but that only means anyone can come along, pry the piece off the door and then open our sliding door. No protection at all. Very disappointed with the quality of product. We purposely picked this company for a strong warranty guarantee. I reported this issue in February and despite being told it would be fixed right away, it is July and I still am reaching out to find out when they will be fixed.

My wife goes into the store. She had on a long winter coat. She's always cold. It's a medical condition. There are no inside pockets in that long winter coat that she wore open because then she started getting hot. She was overdressed, which happens to her when she goes into stores they don't have the air-conditioning set to 60. This was literally yesterday. She went out the day before and was freezing to death because of the windchill. She did not feel the need to explain this to the men that worked there. Unbelievable! She bought some batteries and was carrying them around the store. A man whose name we remember, we don't need to mention his name takes them away from her and says why don't you leave them on the counter? She she knew for sure that he thought she was some kind of thief because she was wearing a long winter coat. We all have weather whiplash. This man would not admit that he thought my wife was going to shop lift these batteries. She said she didn't see any sign saying do not carry merchandise around the store. She also did not notice any baskets one can carry the merchandise around it. Then the man continued to argue with my wife about how long the surge protector cord should be, and my wife kept saying what she wanted, and he kept arguing with her manslaining to her that she needed a long cord when she did not need a longer cord and we have very good reasons that we do not need a longer cord! My goodness! Prices are not cheap, they did not tell us the truth over the phone and then this happens. So not so happy;will avoid in future. Then she had to ask for a receipt. We hate that; a receipt should be given automatically.

Called Ace, they claimed those size sheets don't exist anymore. Got in contact with Melrose Lumber through Yelp. Their responses were quick and kind. Ran down to their yard and had custom cut sheets in minutes. I sleep better now thanks to Melrose Lumber
