Waiting for 10am on-site quote...it's 10:58am now. Full review will on on Google and Nextdoor.

This was such a smooth job. The owner was super helpful in clearly explaining the options, to a new Florida resident. The on site tech that did the setup was great. Strong recommend for this company if you're looking for high quality work at reasonable prices. Note: check out the picture. The water system isn't even visible from the yard, amazing.

Very happy with our water system I highly recommend this water company, John explained everything to us and the best part our water is healthy for our home. You will not be disappointed. We had Aaron S, our installer who was amazing putting our water system in. He was very meticulous with his work and he also explained how this system works. Thank you Aqua systems

I have to let everyone know about an incredible business that goes "above and beyond" Aqua Systems and their staff. I have been with Aqua Systems for close to one decade now. Brian is either the owner or co-owner. I believe this company is so exceptional because of Brians leadership and personality. Brian has spoken to my husband Nick many times over our water system. My husband is someone that wants to learn to do things for himself and countless times Brian has troubleshoot over the phone with my husband. Brian your will no longer be an unsung hero! Brian we appreciate all the time and hours you have given us through the years. Yesterday we had a problem that could not be solved over the phone cause my husband tried but Brian was looking out for us again and sent us Taylor. Taylor please take a bow. You fixed the problem and we feel like we made a friend in the business. If you want a company that will be with you for decades like it was when I grew up, look no further for your water treatment needs than Aqua Systems and you can take this to the bank!--I have no motivation to do a Yelp but help others with what I have learned. Again thanks for all your help Brian and Taylor you are awesome! Oh did I mention they just went paperless, lets all protect our environment. Sincerely, Nicholas Zimnicki and Elizabeth :)

This Company is very trustworthy and they try to help you as best as they can. This guy that came to our house was actually one of the managers. I will always do business with them because of how honest he was. Before him we had Crystal Clear water guy come out. And that guy was a complete liar trying to tell us to replace everything and how we should just upgrade and he brought in this tester to test the water and how do we know that the ones that he brought from where ever doesn't have chemicals to make it super clear in it before he has the water in it. I think that Crystal Clear water is a complete scam and will take advantage of you. and he was so disrespectful to my mother on the phone. Crystal Clear guy said things to my mom where we will never do business with them ever! BUT AQUA Systems IS 100% reliable, trustworthy, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and will go out of there way to help you and for you to be happy. They are very hard workers and deserve the best. AQUA water is the way to go, if you want your water to flow. Just right every night. Drink the water is like drinking freshness that's real and everlasting. I love AQUA Systems. I wish you all the best and I hope you'll make the right choice and figure out that AQUA Systems is the way to go and A+ company.

Monday I received a callback and got an appointment for the next day Tuesday, Phillip was our technician and had the water softener issue resolved in minute. ( Transformer power supply was bad ). That portion was covered under warranty I had mentioned that water pressure had been steadily been decreasing and Phillip checked a couple of things and we found out that the Well pump pressure was not sufficient enough for proper back flushing of the water softener system. He had the parts to Install a new pump on his work van and proceeded to install a new well pump. Had a couple of leaks from the brand new Well pump specifically 2 orings were never installed at the factory. Phillip was told by his supervisor to use Teflon tape to fix the leak. When Phillip was done with the job he informed me to call the the office and request that a new pump be installed due to the Orings missing directly from the factory. That evening I called Water Care America and spoke with Bryan and he sent Phillip back out the next day to install the missing orings. Could not be happier with the Service Technician and Water Care America's service and professionalism provided to me.

I will definitely use clean water America again in the future

Fantastic Service - Fast, Professional, and Reliable!…read more My fiancé and I were replacing a water hose on our house when we accidentally broke the bib going into the wall; definitely not what we expected! In a bit of a panic, I googled plumbers in Fort Myers and found Aztec Plumbing. With a 4.8-star rating from over 5,000 google reviews, I knew they were the ones to call. I called after 5 PM, and to my surprise, they had a team at my house in less than an hour. Yendry and Junior arrived promptly, provided a clear and fair quote right away, and had the repair done within another hour. They worked efficiently, professionally, and as a great team. This was a truly great experience, and I'm beyond thrilled to have found a plumbing company that is honest, reliable, and highly skilled. Finding a company you can trust isn't always easy, but Aztec Plumbing has definitely earned my confidence. Thanks again, guy. Fantastic job!

The service tech arrived on time and the repair itself was completed fine, so no concerns with the actual workmanship. The issue was the cost. The technician initially quoted $1,000 for a standard Moen faucet replacement. When I pushed back and said that felt outrageous, the quote suddenly dropped to $800 with a different faucet option. Given that a standard Moen faucet typically costs under $200, the pricing felt excessive -- especially knowing I was remote and unable to handle the repair myself. To add to the concern, the invoice was not itemized -- it only reflected a flat $800 charge with no breakdown of parts vs. labor. Unfortunately, due to the lack of pricing transparency, I won't be using this business moving forward. Be careful with this business -- pricing felt extremely inflated. I would not recommend hiring Lee County Plumbing for a plumbing job. I signed a contract for Lee…read moreCounty Plumbing to do a several thousand-dollar tub to shower conversion project. They submitted a permit application within two days. After about five days, I checked the status of the application and found that they still needed to submit a drawing. I contacted them about the drawing, and they said it would be submitted. At the same time, they said that with upper unit and concrete floors, they would need a third party to do a scan before they could relocate the shower drain. They provided a quote on a linear drain in the same location, but it was too high and I was willing to consider the third-party cost of the scan first. Shortly thereafter I was told from the maintenance man at the complex and the hands-on board president that the floors were wood not concrete, therefore no scan was needed. A week and a half after contract signing, the village still needed a drawing, and they wouldn't believe my claim that the floors were wood. The owner called me and said that they had to pull out because they "couldn't meet my timeline". In fact, I was getting ready to leave for the season, but with their application delays, I had already been thinking about a backup plan to allow me to manage the job remotely. He also said that his third-party company had not returned his phone call. I guess finding another company to do the scan was not an option. After wasting almost two weeks of my time with the incomplete permit application, he didn't ask if the schedule could be moved, he just left me hanging. I think he didn't want to do the job because he didn't want to cut concrete. They could have thought about doing the demo to see what was there and then altering the plan as necessary. I also applied for their financing and so took an unnecessary hit to my credit. These guys really hurt me financially with their delays (this is an empty rental) and timewise with the time and effort I spent vetting them and monitoring their activities. They were so cavalier in their efforts and their sudden pullout. They were also awkward to schedule and showed up twice without adequate notice. I definitely don't recommend them at all. UPDATE: I want to add to this review that today I received a very nice call from the Operations Manager of Lee County Plumbing. He genuinely wanted to understand what happened, what went wrong, and how he could address the problem with his staff. Although I have already hired another company for this job, I was so impressed with this genuine concern for his staff's shortcomings that I promised I would seriously consider him as my go-to plumber for future household repairs. I will upgrade my recommendation here to recommend this company for consideration.

Ramone was our installer and he was a pleasure to have in my home. There was a slight glitch with the install but he was quick to make it right. Even though a $3,995.00 aerator was installed to help with the strong odor in the water -- which I…read moredo appreciate -- the overall service was disappointing. I was told the technicians would perform periodic 10‑point inspections and clean the aerator. However, each visit consisted only of emptying the aerator, which damaged my lawn, and lightly cleaning the top portion of the unit. (See photos from the morning after the service). They never cleaned the tank fully, often leaving it only half done. Eventually, sludge from the tank began coming through my faucets. This may or may not have been related, but it was certainly not the level of service I was led to expect. I was also told by their representative, Marcus Ide, that for the purchase I made that day, the Premium Services was included for the first year, that during their visits they would check the salt level and refill it if needed. That never happened. It became clear that what was verbally offered did not match what was actually included in the agreement. He also offered to help sell my removed equipment, but that, too, never happened. My advice: read the agreement carefully before you let anything be installed. Not everything they promise is actually included in the contract. I ultimately chose to get a reverse osmosis system from another company for my well water, and now I can safely drink from any faucet in my home.
