I called due to emergency dental issues and pain - they got me in with only a day in between the time I'd called and when my appointment was scheduled for. Even though I was simply a stranger on the phone with my first call, I was out at ease and felt I was in great hands. They were equally as quick to serve and kind once I went in on the day of my appointment. They were non-judgmental in regards to my extreme anxiety of dental work, explained everything thoroughly beforehand and expertly answered all of my questions to make me feel welcomed and educated. They offered to reschedule to that Saturday. They are not normally open on Saturday but were opening to get those missed appointments in. Definitely appreciated since I was concerned it would take a long time to reschedule them both. We had such a great experience today. From the front desk check in throughout the appointment. The hygienist Kathy was very nice, patient, took her time to explain everything. Then the Dentist also took a lot of time to explain to us not to use whitening toothpaste but okay to use bleaching strips. A nice appointment that wasn't rushed and we all learned something important about oral hygiene.

As a matter of fact, my whole family has been coming here and we have never had an experience as the one listed. I'm not saying it didn't happen, because I don't know, but I'm sure they haven't built their business with such treatment. I'm not excited to go to the dentist, but they always take good care of me. My dentist is Dr. Rizzuti and I am lucky my mom found him many years ago. He helps me relax and takes very good care of me, especially when I was going through my broken jaw experience. It was by no means fun, but it was bearable. I've had my fair share of dental experiences since I broke my jaw. I have had 8 or 9 root canals and they all went well and I know everyone has a different response to root canals. My friends face swelled up, but it has never happened to me, I guess I'm lucky in a way. I have had a couple fillings and lots of cleanings. The hygienists can be hit or miss. They have the hardest job, but some are nicer than others is all I'm saying. I guess it's hard to clean teeth and be super gentle especially if you don't come in every 6 months as suggested. It's a bad habit I've gotten into. Since I don't have dental insurance I have to pay upfront or set up a payment plan. If you pay in full you get a 10% discount which is really nice. The ladies at the counter where you pay are so nice and helpful. My mom comes here a lot and the ladies remember me and who my mom is. I haven't gone to the dentist with my mom in I don't know how long, but they always remember. That is a nice touch.

I'm going to keep this very short and sweet…read more Dr. Meier knows what the hell he is doing, and he's very good at it. I've been seeing him for cleanings and the occasional cavity for over five years, and while going to the dentist sucks no matter what, he definitely makes it suck much less. He also actually told me that I "over brush"... I always thought the more brushing the better, but apparently my gums were taking a beating. Good to know! What I really am about to write about has been a long time coming, though. After four years of Dr. Meier telling me I seriously need to get all my wisdom teeth cut out (and me blowing him off repeatedly out of fear & procrastination,) I'm finally calling his office tomorrow to schedule that dreaded event for sometime in August. Thanks for never giving up on me Dr. Meier, and for all the years of fluoride treatments while wearing super cool sunglasses.
