Have been going here for years and was always on point with service and food. Staff and management need better training in communication with customers and better skills in general. The manager seemed to just walk around with no purpose passing people with empty plates and glasses etc. then loudly yelled how happy he was to go home early in front of our table. The food also has gone down in quality and the time it took for food and drinks was 40 min each. Sad to see that the care is not there anymore.... we won't be there again. Went in on a friday night and sat at the bar. Drink order was taken pretty quickly and food order was put in shortly after. I got the chicken philly and I thought it was very good. The fries are good, but the seasoning should be used a little more liberally. Only about half were covered. Other than that I had a good experience and will go back again. read more

We started coming to the Jupiter Ale House because of the crappy attitude we received at the Palm Beach Gardens Ale House. You can read that review here on Yelp! also. Tonight we had dinner in Jupiter with family from Tampa. We had a less than 5 minute wait for a booth to seat 5 of us. Out waiter Kevin was awesome, going as far as putting a baseball game we wanted to watch on our closest tv. Kevin was humorous and gave us great service. I'd like to mention the Manager Martin, who welcomed us and came over to speak with us and shared some laughs. Martin was friendly, but professional and because of this, we told him that we rather go out of our way to come to his Jupiter restaurant as opposed to the Palm Beach Gardens restaurant. He was happy to hear this and his attitude and friendliness, along with Kevin's, will bring us back to the Jupiter Ale House. We are big customer service people, it really makes the difference. Just left this place. Sat at a booth for 15 minutes without any service. Three servers and a manager walked past us multiple times without a word while serving two tables next to us. What a waste of time. Nothing is more upsetting than watching people get served who walked in after us. Never giving this place another chance. A few Saturdays ago, my husband and I were searching for a local sports bar that had the big Michigan/Michigan State game playing (we are huge Michigan fans, Go Blue!), and after settling for no sound at another sports bar, (Gators where playing, so understandably the sound was on for that game) I had the idea to call around other places. After calling about 10 different places, Luckily I remembered seeing the Ale House not too far away. I called and they were more than happy to turn on the game for us. Sound and all. The daily specials (both lunch and dinner) hit the spot and are tasty. Service at the bar is always superior. A good place to watch sports and meet some friends for a good meal. Horrible service, treat u like rats...which they do they do have. Went in to get a takeout order and wait in the car, told me I couldn't do a take out order because I didn't have shoes on (just got off the boat) told me "no shoes no service" with a garbage attitude. It has such a wide range from being a family friendly restaurant, to a sports bar, to a real bar, or even a place you can reserve an area to celebrate an event. I want to start this off by saying if I could give this restaurant less and 1 stars I would in a heartbeat. This was the worst meal I have ever had. Not only has the restaurant disgustingly dirty but the food and the service was also horrible. My burger was completely inedible I only took one bite. We waited forever before the waitress came to serve us only for her to claim that one person in my group was lying about their age and refused to serve our entire table, who by the way was all over the age 25. Little did we know that people just walk up from around the corner and sit at any open table that's outside and get served. So by the time we figured this out, it had been 35 minutes. This supposedly "dog-friendly" place yelled at us for having our dogs bark for a few seconds at another passing dog threatening to kick us out. We are normal customers who have eaten here many times and the comment from the manager was not friendly.
