We ordered the Baby Back ribs and fried shrimp. WOW! The shrimp were amazingly tasty and crispy, fries were fresh. Now for the ribs. They were ample and tender!!! First our waitress was great but over worked. The restaurant seemed less than bright and cheery. Our food was brought out by a runner. The prime rib was on a plate all by itself, no au jus, horseradish, or even a sprig of parsley. The meat was not med rare as ordered. The mashed potatoes were served on a salad plate with nothing else. One plate would have still looked barren but this was awful. The trio app with Mozzarella sticks didn't have the marinara. The plate did not look appealing. I had been to the Miller's in Palm Coast and it was awesome. I took my husband to this one near our home and it failed miserably. Another great meal at Miller's ale house. This time we tried chicken, bacon, ranch, queso Dunk and it was absolutely amazing. It was cooked perfectly right amount of batter on the chicken and the buttermilk scratch sauce. Oh my gosh, it is to die for. The bacon cheeseburger queso donkey was also so delicious. The queso sauce was amazing although I did not get it with the chorizo. But it was still absolutely amazing. Highly recommend trying both of these sandwiches. The Services usual was always spot on. Our drinks were always full and if we needed anything, it was brought right away. I love how management is always walking around making sure everything is going great. Fantastic! We love Millers Ale House. It was our first time trying this one- it was late evening on a Sunday and we were driving home from Orlando to St Augustine. We looked for an Ale House as we know we can always count on a seat and a later night dinner. I had my usual, chicken tenders with melted cheese, salsa and sour cream. I have to say I've been to a couple of Miller's ale houses and this one is my favorite. We've made it a family adventure to go to wing Wednesday every week and it has been nothing but a great memory experience that we have created as sort of a tradition I guess. Usually Kim is our server and we have so much fun with her. The food is very good and always comes out hot. If we or they forget something it's never an issue. They go back with a smile on their face. As for the ambience if you're looking for a place that you can watch sports or sit around the table with your family have a conversation. This is the place for you to go. The ambience might not be for everybody but it's just right for us on Wednesdays. read more

We have been to Miller's 3 times now. This visit was the best food we have had there. My husband had the bowl and said he would definitely get it again. My burger was cooked to perfection - medium rare - and a lot of places don't get it right because the carry over cooking takes it too far. BRAVO! We went on a weekday for lunch after appts. We were seated right away. We love the relaxed atmosphere. Our server this last trip was also the best we have had there. I am giving it 4 stars because of the hostess. Each time we have come, whether it has been day (when it's less busy) or night (when it's full and super busy) the hostess and any staff working the front are never pleasant, never smiling, not happy to see a customer who is going to contribute to their paycheck. It is always an awkward greeting that leaves us feeling unwelcome and unwanted. We recognize they don't represent all of the staff so we have gone back, but it is definitely something that should be fixed. I'm not saying bouncing off the walls, over the top excitement but literally just a simple smile and 'Welcome in'. Even this last time we weren't even through the door fully before the sad faced hostess said 'uh, how many?' and then walked (more like trudged) us to the table like she was already exhausted at 1:30 in the afternoon. We made a return visit to this franchise while traveling to Orlando. This Palm Beach location was very popular but we were still seated in 15 minutes. Our waitress Kim seemed a bit harried but was personable and very attentive nonetheless. My DD grew fond of Miller's while working for the Mouse as it was the meet up spot for her and her friends. Her favorite dish is the Zingers Mountain Melt with Sweet Thai Chili sauce on the zingers (skinny chicken strips). She and her boyfriend shared that dish while I had French Onion soup and some pot stickers. Everything was delicious but there were so many fries and zingers that she had to get a takeout box. In my experiences at Miller's Ale House I have found them to be solid. I could do with about 20 less TVs but it is a sports bar (I think they had 36 on tap beer choices) so the TVs are part of the package. The ambiance reminded me a lot of Buffalo Wild Wings and was typical for a "sports pub". Overall I think this is good place to have a good meal at a fair price. read more

Our friend ordered a sirloin (which was so much smaller) in comparison to mine. we brought it to Kim's attention and she said the steaks are all weighed out.. my friends steak was super small in comparison to mine and she didn't even try to resolve it. He ordered a plain baked potato and he received a loaded one.. Two strikes. I didn't receive my side and had to make her aware of it.. it showed up, eventually.. I ordered my steak medium and it was overcooked and dry. Had to search for her to pay our bill.. we did tip her appropriately and in cash.. Finally got a chance to try Miller's Ale House. This place has been pretty busy since opening and now I know why! The food was great - always is at Miller's... but the service was spectacular!! She was attentive without being overly intrusive, was prompt with refills, and pre-bussed the table removing the appetizer plates before the entrees arrived. When our fourth wasn't able to make it - she had the kitchen package his entree to go and never missed a beat. We had the onion rings as a starter - crisp and hot! My daughter and I both had the chicken BLT, my wife had the fried shrimp, and the "to-go" was the Cajun Spiced chicken pasta. Everything was delicious!! If you live in Palm coast do not go here. Leave it to the snowbirds and tourists use to eating slop from a trough. There is a dozen or more better food options in our town. This is a corporate money grab, serving underachieving food and expecting above average pricing on certain items and tips for lack luster service. Arrived right after opening at 11:05, 2 top , we ordered a classic cheeseburger, medium well with fries and a Mimi's fiesta bowl chicken and shrimp bowl. The burger was cooked correctly but the inside was hallow, which is a sign of improper handling or cooking. Small shredded lettuce was wilted under the burger. Bun which was brioche soaked up most of the liquid and was soggy. I got slices of pickle skins not pickle slices as pictured. Fries were well seasoned, unfortunately did not taste fresh and were not hot. They changed the burger on the menu since they initially opened, for the worse. The shrimp on the fiesta bowl tasted like fish and I suspect they were undercooked, tasted chewy and not hot. My wife said the tasted like "freezer". The constant bathroom trips later the evening lead me to this conclusion. This is unfortunate due to the fact that a BJ's wholesale club is 200ft behind it which has better seafood selections than what was served. This was a test run and it didn't go well. We are moving to Palm Coast and trying to find a location for not only family meals but also for company retreat get-togethers. These can range from 7 to up to 60 people. Sadly, it was a letdown and solely due to one meal. Please don't sell "fish and chips" if you have no desire to provide what people expect. I consider myself an expert on this dish and admit to being a bit hesitant since you advertise it as "white fish." Any alehouse worth it's salt should be using haddock or cod. It should be white, tender, flaky, and not overly fishy. You either A) Do NOT use haddock or cod or B) Use an unholy CHEAP variety. What I got was dark, nearly as chewy as a pork chop, and smelled HEAVILY fishy. The fries were good, I'll give you that, but the main course was inedible so you are only getting even 1 star because I can't give zero. We will keep searching for our go-to. read more

But the absolute best deal is lunch specials, you can't really afford to make it yourself. The meatloaf is excellent, as is the fried fish, the soup & salad, you won't find a better French onion, or one of their soup of the day. The crazy part of lunch is it could actually feed two people. Absolutely love this place and we've been frequent customers since they opened a year ago in PC. Love their bar areas and selection of draft beers has to be the most extensive in PC as well. Arrived just before the football games began and we were seated in a booth immediately. Meagan our Waitress was very kind and provided attentive service. She noticed if we needed something before we asked and she was quick to deliver to the table. Atmosphere is great ! New location here - nice a clean and well kept even on a busy day. It's a sports bar/restaurant so it's loud of course on a Sunday. Didn't bother us any especially with having our kids with us to enjoy the meal and football. She gave us good recommendations and continued to make sure we had everything we needed even with how busy this new location was!
