This is our first time at this location and definitely won't be our last. The restaurant is really clean and the employees are super nice. My family and I came in to watch the Florida Gators play Tennessee Volunteers play. I am a die hard fan of the Gators and so is my sons. My husband is a die hard fan of The Miami Hurricanes, but they have a bye week. So, we decided to come here after we had dinner somewhere else. My husband had blue moon beers and some other beer. We end up ordering a salad, a huge pretzel and cheese sticks. We didn't eat any, so we packed it up to take home. My team is winning so far, and I'm happy. The service is what stands out! Our server Austin was mild mannered, attentive, hospitable and simple amazing. We both ordered the Cobb Shrimp & Chicken Salad, but I subbed their protein choice for grilled salmon. It was a good option... the salads were good, would've been better with pecans or walnuts, but still a good salad. My fiancé enjoyed his calamari. The only thing I didn't care for was my Virgin Pina Colada, so they happily swapped it out for a strawberry lemonade. April, the manager checked on us personally, as well as the hostess (I didn't get her name). So incredibly disappointing. We were a party of 6 and every single one of our meals was not good. All of the drinks (sodas) tasted like water - as if every single syrup in the soda machine was in need of replacement. Service was poor, food was honestly nothing I will ever pay for again. I am disgusted that I spent almost $100 on awful food (that even the waiters admit is not good!) Dessert came and as I'm eating I notice it has nuts. Good meal. We were driving by and it was not that busy, so we stopped in for lunch. We were quickly seated and our server, who was very good, quickly came by to get us started and answer any questions. We started with onion soup. It was out in just a few minutes. It was very good. Our two other meals also came out quickly. My wife had a salad with chicken strips and I had a burger, medium rare. The salad was very good and came with plenty of chicken. She ordered the hot sauce on the chicken and it was very good. My burger was cooked to perfection, which is so rare these days. They were out of onion rings, so I went with the fries. I decided to try this place after seeing the photos online. Since it's in the neighborhood, I figured it was worth a shot--even though I wasn't expecting much. Ordering was quick, but once I sat down, I noticed the health score posted: 84. I've never really been close enough to read one before, but the things that stood out were issues with food temperature and cleanliness. The rug at the door looked like it was covered in dog hair, which wasn't a great first impression. At that point, I just said a little prayer and hoped for the best. The food, however, was surprisingly expensive--about $40 for two sandwiches and fries, no drinks. The cheesesteak and mushrooms looked like they had just been left on the grill until finished, then folded into the sandwich. My husband ate half of his and threw the rest away. I ended up putting mine in a pan at home, chopping up the meat and mushrooms, and adding more cheese just to make it workable. Overall, the experience didn't justify the price, and I don't think we'll be returning. read more

I can't say my wings were bad, because they weren't. They were naked (the way I love them) and pretty dang crispy (prob could have asked for extra extra crispy) but they were also a TAD on the fatty side ... So they don't get a 10/10... Maybe a 7.5/8 out of 10. My husband got a burger but they didn't have pepper jack cheese so he got Swiss and they didn't have avocado. They did have crispy bacon though. He really didn't say anything about this burger so I definitely don't think he absolutely loved it, but he did finish it so it wasn't a complete fail either. Speaking of fails though, what DID fail is... The timing of everything. We arrived at 11:15 am. There were 2 other parties in the section of the restaurant we were sitting in. We ordered pretty much right after the first group... Then the third party's order was taken. Well... We didn't get our food until 12pm... And at that point we had to leave so we wound up boxing up our meals and eating them in the car as we drove where we needed to be. Of course, on the day we ate on a time crunch... It takes FOREVER for our food to be made... But even if we didn't have to go right away, wings and a burger should NOT take 45 minutes... We have driven past Millers Ale House many times and decided a Tuesday afternoon was the perfect time to try it for the first time. We were seated immediately even though it looked decently busy. We were greeted within minutes by our server April. Our drinks came quickly and we ordered shortly thereafter. We ordered the Mimi's Fiesta Chicken Shrimp (smaller than expected) entree and Mahi-Mahi Sandwich entree (just right the fish was a bit dry). Overall, the food was flavorful. Finally went there on Thursday night of opening week and truly enjoyed the vibe, food, service and attention. Welcome to the south metro area and providing another new option for a fun night out. Checked in for a table for two and given a 45 minute wait time but got called after 25 mins. Welcomed by several management people and had Cole as our server (a great personality and very attentive). Started with the zinger app which comes with three dipping sauces (loved our choices,Thai chili/peri peri and garlic parm). Entrees ordered were chicken scampi pasta bake and Cajun chicken pasta . First this is chain type restaurant and it has a chain feel, but that is the only negative I could see anyone having from our experience. The service from our server Eric was absolutely OUTSTANDING! It has been a while since we have had such excellent service and we travel and eat in restaurants frequently. The sports bar ambience was good. Everything seemed very clean and efficient. Service was super quick and timely. I say timely in that our wine and beer arrived shortly after ordering drinks so that we had time to review the menu. I have ate at Millers several times. My first experience was very good. The food was great, the service was very prompt and friendly, the price was reasonable for the quality and taste. Today I was in Millers as before the food quality was great, the atmosphere was great very family oriented and overall the experience was as before great. This time the experience was pushed to the next level. Our waitress was outstanding very cheery, very friendly and totally customer oriented she seemed to be totally happy with her job. She made the visit even more enjoyable. If I had a resturant I definitely would like you to have her as my employee. I had a pretty good experience here. I would give 4.5 stars if that was an option. I had the brunch burger which was fantastic. It was one of the better burgers I have had in a while. The space is really nice, and looks like it will be super awesome during nice weather. The only knock that I had that kept me from giving 5 stars was the bar service was slightly lacking. Tonight was our first visit to Miller's. When we gave our hostess our name we were told a 30 minute wait which was okay as it is Friday night. We ended up sitting at the bar. We often do this in other restaurants and get prompt service. Not the case tonight. We watched one bartender make drinks for the wait staff and all of the bar patrons. She also took our order in between. She was obviously doing the work of at least two people. She had a bar back, but needed more help. The food took 45 minutes to come out. Once it did, I was pleasantly surprised. My Philly cheesesteak sandwich was really good. They were just short staffed. I'll go back again to try another entree! read more

We went to Miller's Ale House in Sharpsburg on Saturday, June 14 arriving at 12:30 pm. I picked this restaurant because I live the prime rib French dip sandwich. It was a dismal failure. The "prime rib" was hard, dry and chewy and not hot. Not even the jus could help. I absolutely couldn't eat it. My grandson's chicken zingers were hard and dry. We were infuriated to have the server encourage us to use the table side kiosk to order, pay and suggested my grandson enjoy playing games on it. We were shocked to see a charge on our bill for playing games. Patrons should be told that up front. Things have changed at this restaurant. Standards well below par. We left there and drove straight to Publix to get something decent to eat. read more

The first time we ordered delivery from here, we were completely missing an entire entree. The food we did get, was great. when i called the store, the said they would leave a gift card at the front for us to cover the missing entree. Fast forward to now, a month later, and we ordered delivery from them again. We didn't bother trying to use the gift card, bc we figured we'd use it the next time we dined in. Our $140 order arrived-- as we were carrying the bags inside, all the food in one bag fell out of the bottom of the bag. When we looked, the entire bottom of the bag was SOAKED- I had ordered the prime rib, and apparently the lid was not fully closed and all the juice leaked out, causing the bag to tear- and the prime rib fell out. My daughter went to take a bite of her brunch burger, and pulled a long hair from inside the burger. It was disgusting. After that, I passed on eating dinner and decided I'd just have a few of the donut holes I got. After eating 2 of them I noticed a clump, covered in a glaze in the bottom of the to go box... Went on a Sunday around 3pm. Was told there was a 20 minute wait but were called within 2 minutes. Service was good. Server was fast, accurate and attentive. Everyone liked their food. It wasn't spectacular but just like every other chain bar food. This is the place to go if you want to watch a game and have a drink. They have 2 separate bars and about 40 TV's on the walls. We've ate here a few times since they've opened and each time we have tried a few things different. Initially we bought the fish sandwich and the key lime chicken dinner. The chicken dinner turned out to be one of our favorites, yet the fish sandwich was overcooked which made it dry and they didn't include a sauce to improve the moisture. We also bought the cheeseburger and it was really good. The beer selection is solid with a long list of local breweries beers and their standard offerings within their menu. Someone next to us bought the wings in a few different styles and they were also very tasty. It's still new, so it'll have some bumps initially, but overall I'd still give it a good rating.
