The food was overcooked and the "brioche bun" on my wife's sandwich was stale. She also didn't get her salad until after the entrees came out. As far as my French dip goes, it was way overcooked and tough. The restaurant was not busy but was told it was a 35-45 min wait for food. We were ok with that until the drinks didn't come and the food was trash after a total of 45 min. Can't win them all but this is the worst experience @ a millers. First time placing an order for delivery because I received a free delivery coupon. It was great not having to drive there BUT to be honest the food is better when dining in! My friend got the chicken tender salad. The salad was beautiful the tenders were way smaller then the ones he had gotten dining in. We added a side of fried shrimp for $3.99 and a side salad $2.99 which I was going to combine for my meal EXCEPT the side salad was left off. My dressing was there and so were the shrimp but no side salad. I called to let them know and they credited the $2.99 + .18 back to the cc while we were on the phone and apologized profusely. Friendly staff, nice environment. It doesn't feel like one of those dark, dik, grungy sports bars. We had a party of 7, were seated immediately. Plenty of screens everywhere playing different sports as well so nice spot for a game. The food was also pretty good. Our party ordered spinach and artichoke dip, their signature zingers (I think they're chicken tenders?), nachos, quesadillas, etc. Everyone enjoyed their food but nothing exceptional to note. The chips were pretty salty and there was more to be desired in regards to the quantity of the dip. I ordered a ribeye and it was cut like a super thick NY strip and it was bleeding when I asked for medium. The nice waitress took it back and they just cooked that cut more and replaced the previous Oscar style topping on top... I didn't look pleased and she asked if I would like them to recook it. Cons: This is NOT a cheap place to eat for casual dining: $15 for 6 small chicken tenders is that's $2.50 for each VERY small chicken tenders that's a rip-off (I know your location is expensive but damn!) Also, had some fried jalapeños that were slightly overcooked but edible, additionally my quesadilla was a little sloppy on the plate. My expectations at these prices is properly cooked and placed food, if I was messy crap I'd go to Taco Bell or Waffle House and save money! My previous experiences would be 4/5 stars. I know this review may come across as negative; and it is considering the price point but I have to evaluate based on price + quality = value. If you're one that enjoys places like BJs brewhouse, Miller Ale House is a similar spot. Extensive menu, reasonable prices, great cocktails, long list of beers and plenty of tvs to catch the game. I had the Mixed Berry Margarita (which was a cross between a Margarita and a Sangria...chef's kiss) and ordered the Osso Buco. The entree was AMAZING. Large portion size perfectly cooked. We have eaten at Millers Ale House twice and found the food good, portions large. The first time I got Prime Rib on a Sunday and it was delicious. Service was great both times. It is a bit loud but it's expected in a Sports Bar. The second time I got the fish and chips. The fish had the puffy batter which is not my favorite but the serving size was large. I would not recommend the fish and chips unless you love puffy thick batter. Overall prices are reasonable. Their top shelf Margaritas are also wonderful. read more

This was my first time at Miller Ale House, i'm normally not on this side of town, but my friend chose to come here so we could watch some of the college football games & eat at the same time. First, I made it pretty clear that I wanted to be near TVs, obviously so we could see, however we were seated in a corner somewhere where most of the TVs were not in a good viewing location... We made the best of it & let it go. Secondly, I was shocked to see the amount of options they have on the menu. I ended up getting the Cajun Chicken Pasta and my friend got the Brunch Burger. The food was actually pretty good. I really don't have any complaints about it, because my expectations weren't that high to begin with. I expected typical, decently tasting , chain restaurant food. Our server was pretty nice and attentive, I believe her name was Kandy! I'd recommend that they check their condiments daily, because we attempted to use two different bottles of ketchup, both which were empty. Other than that, I don't have much else to say. The salad was delicious but I didn't realize it had that much blue cheese. I don't like blue cheese so I tossed it on the side to enjoy the rest of the salad. It's large enough for 2. Generous portions of blackened chicken and shrimp. One side was layered in shrimp and the other in chicken, For dessert we had Key Lime pie. It was tasty! Not too tart... Casual setting and attire. Love the photos of various NBA, NFL , MLS and MLB teams and players. Not to mention there are 21 TV's throughout the restaurant. Full size bar! Drink up! I've been here twice and both times sat at the bar watching college football. My experience each time has been excellent. The bartender was very attentive, but not pushy. The specials and the food were very good. I got the classic cheeseburger both times paired with one of their beer specials. At three dollars a beer you just about can't beat it and the hamburger with a side is only $11 itself. The burger is substantial and is generously covered with toppings. It makes a full meal. There are TV screens just about everywhere so you can watch up close at the bar or they have a very large screen, four-section TV on the wall, which is fantastic. They'll have on whatever the big game (especially the local team) is on most of the screens but other sports events scattered throughout. This is a new neighborhood bar/restaurant that has just come to Snellville. It hasn't been open for more than a week. It was raining heavily when I approached the door and one of the servers quickly ran to let me in. I thought that was a nice touch. There were about 4-5 workers at the front doing various things. Some were folding napkins, some was wiping down areas and some were looking at the menus. Of course they sat me right away. I was waiting for my husband to park the car so reviewed the menu. They did have lots of options so I wasn't sure what I would choose. I did go to the restroom and it was very nice and clean. It was large as well which I was not expecting. Nothing was out of place or anything on the floor. When it came time to order we ordered kettle chips appetizers. When we started eating the chips we noticed that a few were not cooked properly.We didn't want to send it back to the kitchen but we couldn't eat undone potatoes. The manager ended up coming to our table and we showed him the uncooked potatoes. He took them back to the kitchen and brought back a fresh batch. All of these were cooked perfectly. He said he would come back to check on us throughout our meal. We did order our meals and the surprising part was the food looked like the picture. I haven't experienced that too much so I was super excited to have a meal that looks like what I ordered from the menu Now let's talk about the food. The food for the most part was great. The only issue I had with my hamburger was that it was seasoned a bit much. Kinda like when you sprinkle salt on your food and the top falls off. Think of it like that I didn't want to send it back to the kitchen cause I didn't want to be that problem customer lol I don't know why it was soo flavorful but i covered it in the blue cheese dressing and helped me to be able to eat it. They have an app and email club you can join so we decided to join the club because we will be returning. When we do go back I will surely try something else. Went in a Tuesday evening for a birthday celebration in a party of 9. Haydie was our server and when I say she is excellent, she was ALL of that and more! She was constantly at our table making sure we were okay, she brought extra plates for our appetizers, filled water glasses and all meals were brought out at the same time piping hot. Thank God I didn't think the food was all that great the first time I came a few months ago, (and I haven't been back) because I'm not getting a very good impression. You have cameras all around the building, seems like you'd look at the cameras and try to figure out who keeps trashing your parking lot, (you know such as a license plate number) and do something about it.. One thing I did get that was NOT great was the Mahi Mahi fish sandwich. Could've just been an off day but I'm sure I would have preferred a fish sandwich cooked at the house. I was very disappointed. Table for 2 for Lunch  Approaching the restaurant, I noticed their parking lot was packed. The lot itself is pretty big with plenty of spaces. We entered on a Saturday lunchtime without a reservation. No one was at the check-in podium, and we stood there waiting for a few minutes. The hostess arrived and advised that there was a 20-minute wait for a party of two. They took my name and phone number and advised I would receive a text when it was time to be seated. I set a timer on my phone, and as soon as the time went off, I received a text that our table was ready. We were seated at a nicely sized booth and waited for our server. I had to flag down someone else to send over our server. While waiting, we reviewed the extensive food and beer menu. She arrived and apologized for the wait. By this time, we were ready to place our order. I ordered the New Belgium Voodoo Ranger IPA and Chicken Nachos from the appetizer menu. Wifey ordered a Kona Longboard Lager and the Lobster Ravioli. Next thing we knew, my Chicken Nachos came out. I guess the server did not realize I had the Nachos because we didn't have any silverware. The server eventually came by again with silverware and our beers. I ordered a tall beer but just received the regular size. Also, I have ordered this beer before, and it did not taste as expected, which leads me to believe I did not get what I ordered, but it was good, and I kept it. I was pacing myself eating my Nachos, waiting for Wifey's Ravioli to arrive. After a little wait, the meal arrived, and we started to dig in. I loved my Nachos, and Wifey advised that her Lobster ravioli was very good, but as she continued to eat, she found a strange piece of plastic in her food. We flagged down our server and explained what she found, and she advised she would send over her manager. The manager, Megan, arrived and was very apologetic. She advised she would bring out another order of the Lobster Ravioli at no charge. I inquired if we could also get a complimentary dessert, and she obliged. We wrapped up the new order of ravioli and Pull N Pop Donuts and took them to go. So overall, this first visit to Miller's Ale House was a mixed bag. Our server was not very attentive, and we had some mix-ups with the food and drinks. We visited early on a Sunday morning before a baseball tournament. The bartender/server seemed overwhelmed with the insane influx of tables at opening. He handled it with grace and did such a great job. (Older black gentleman with red glasses) The spinach dip is a hard pass for me here. The pork pan fried dumplings were fantastic. Let me start off by saying that I have been going to Miller's Alehouse in Florida since my undergrad and law school days (almost 20 years). Whether a major sporting event, a casual dining experience, or a just a carry out meal, Alehouse is a staple in Florida for its next level, sports bar dining experience. I moved to Loganville a few months back saw that they were coming to Snellville and was elated. After all, I had had nothing but top notch experiences at the Florida locations and was happy that this community would get the treat of experiencing Miller's in its uniqueness. The service is always great, the menu offers a myriad of quality choices, and the drinks (beer) is cold and flowing. When the Snellville spot opened, it was replete with trainers and it was everything I had expected it to be and I was a frequent visitor. However, since the trainers have, largely, relinquished control to the everyday staff, the quality of food and service has steadily declined. This is utterly disappointing, because, as I stated earlier, Miller's Alehouse in Florida is a mostly a stellar experience. I feel bad for the patrons, in this area, if they have never have had the chance to eat at a Miller's that is committed to upholding the standard that my friends and family have come to associate with this franchise. It's a shame. I really wish the people that worked there would take more pride in providing a quality experience commensurate with what Miller's embodies in Florida. Lengthy wait times for food, incorrect orders, cold food, undercooked items, and over extended servers all culminate in a subpar showing for the Snellville location. I love this place and will be going back. However, I really wish that the persons in charge would take more pride in making sure that the consistency they exude is on par with the standard that has made people like myself and my friends loyal, repeat customers. Ate here today, after hearing some pretty mixed reviews over the last few weeks. We were seated right away, and it wasn't terribly busy at lunch time.
