    Fresh taste ;)

Not a trendy part of town and could easily drive by without ever considering visiting if it was not a suggestion by a friend. Classic bar, well worn wood furnishings, walls collaged with miscellaneous mayhem. Divey. Craft beer ~ extensive list 50+ taps. Great selection of styles and where they are from. Fresh tastes and happy to offer samples. Food ~ great value. Everyone in our group of 10 enjoyed all that was ordered. Bar food yes, but large portions and a bit more attention to taste. Service ~ young gal was awesome, especially friendly and was on top of taking care of us from beginning to end. Maybe the best beer list in this area, personal friendly service, and tasty food. Divey delish.

Ordered Buffalo chicken tacos, but wanted 3 Mile Island sauce, and Jalapeno cole slaw instead of rice & beans. They were happy to accommodate me, and the food was awesome! Totally hit the spot!

Came to watch Sunday football. The service is cook to order and the ambiance is typical bar surrounding. The food came out cold that was the first disappointment. The chicken had too much buffalo sauce. This is a great place to come watch games and get a drink. The cherry lemonade was not good. It was minute maide lemonade with cherry flavor added. I will come back just need to make sure food will be served fresh and not sit before it gets to your table,

Things done right: 1. Social distancing done right. Masks, seating distance, etc. 2. Not just country music. Heard a lot of good indie songs. 3. Large draft beer selection. I mean like 50 different kinds! 4. Know how to fry wings. 5. Makes their own Bleu cheese. Only complaint is the lemon pepper sauce is stronnngggg on the lemon. Good stuff here.

    Beer taps. Great variety!!

They've got great wings and garlic fries. Incredible selection of draft beer, including Wicked Weed. Let me also say that Alex, our server, was outstanding. Her attitude and smile with cause me to return!!! This is a "must visit" bar & grill. Very family friendly. A little loud, but it is a sports bar??

Their burgers are really really good! I also ordered a raspberry margarita and that was absolutely delicious! Staff is really friendly and their menu selection is HUGE. I love that this restaurant is local so I will be back and on the regular because it's so yummy. My mom LOVES their burgers too! My grandma ordered the chili cheese fries and they were not good to be honest. Just one lump of solid melted cheese very hard to eat was a waste of money

When is the all you can eat crab legs? Is it offered every night or special days?

    Wednesday's

    What night is trivia night?

We host Team Trivia every Wednesday at 8 p.m. at both locations and on Friday at 9 p.m. in Cumming and 10 p.m. in Snellville.

How much is all you can eat crab legs?

    $29.95

Does this place allow smoking? We're planning to check it out this Wednesday (tomorrow) for the AYCE crab legs and trivia but my wife is an absolute no go if there is smoking inside the restaurant/bar.

We are a family restaurant and do not allow smoking inside. People do smoke on our patio. We hope to see you and your wife soon!

Full review: Don't let the decrepit and rundown look of the plaza fool you. It's too bad Burger World is located in somewhat of a rundown area, and i almost turned around when Google Maps directed me to a nearby shop instead of right in front of the restaurant. However, the customer service is friendly and the burgers are quite good! Greeted by a guy who seemed like the owner, i was pleased with his immediate description that the burgers are grilled fresh, never frozen, and that the fries are hand-cut. My order consisted of two cheeseburger combos (incl. small fries and a small drink) and two bbq burgers, for a total of about $30. Not a bad price for a meal for 4, but the fries were thin, oily, and just okay. The burgers really stand out with fresh ingredients, and it's a shame the fries aren't more robust @ that price point. Besides the fries, this biz could improve on the following: - having a more precise address on Google Maps w/ better signage - Employees who wear masks (esp in these times as the flu and Covid are rampant) - Thicker fries, maybe crinkle cut - Switching from styrofoam containers to paper-based ones (styrofoam is unhealthy & doesn't do these great burgers justice) - An overall cleaner presentation (the counter near the cash register could have been cleaner) - A sturdier carrier for drinks - my two small drinks spilled on the way home. Overall: Definitely recommend. The bbq and cheeseburgers were sooo tasty. Maybe skip the fries and drinks.

The staff was nice and the establishment was clean. At the time we went it was not a lot of people there but they slowly started coming in. Ordered some wings and fries and a 5 pc tender dinner. They both were good. I did like the fact that they sell whole wings. Even though they were small they were enjoyable. There was a lot of talk about the restaurant across the street (JJ's) I believe that is Fingez new competition. The talk was mostly from an employee, I think he was not happy with them moving over to their location. Maybe at some point I will visit them only because the employee was not happy with them. Based on what he was saying it was like they did not care about the customers and Fingerz does care about their customers. So I guess in time we will see. I think the pricing was the normal charge for meals like that. The chicken tenders were good, not to crunchy, not too much seasonings just right actually. The dipping sauce was ok too. They have lots of choices for the dipping sauces so I did like the choices. Generally speaking the food and service was ok but it is not a place I would run to for a meal. If I am in the area and in the mood for some chicken I might stop by.

From the moment my daughter her friend and I walked in, we were treated like we were a burden instead of paying customers. The attitudes from the employees were rude, cold, and completely unwelcoming. Nobody seemed happy to help, and the entire atmosphere felt miserable. After waiting 10-15 minutes for our food to be "freshly cooked," I expected at least hot food. Instead, I was handed a turkey burger that was barely lukewarm and french fries that were cold, limp, and already wrinkling like they had been sitting forever. To make it worse, the fries looked like nothing but the tiny leftover scraps from the bottom of the potato bag. It honestly felt like they just threw together whatever they didn't want to serve anyone else. We sent the fries back, and when they brought them out again, they were only slightly warmer than before -- still not hot like fries should be straight out of the fryer. What's even crazier is that the manager brought the food back to the table and STILL never apologized. No concern, no accountability, nothing. That alone says everything about the customer service at this place. Whatever happened to quality food and decent customer service? Customers are paying hard-earned money and deserve hot food and respectful treatment -- not cold leftovers, terrible attitudes, and management that acts like it doesn't care. Extremely disappointing experience, and I will definitely think twice before ever coming back.
