Instead of politely explaining the policy, she spoke to us with an attitude that made us feel unwelcome and embarrassed. Good customer service goes a long way, even when enforcing rules, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here. We understand that bars have to follow policies and make decisions about IDs, but there's no excuse for treating paying customers disrespectfully. We won't be returning, and based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

Their homemade soups are absolutely THE BEST and are all made at the farm with many of their own ingredients. Can't ask for anything more fresh. Many soups that I enjoy, I wil buy two and have one for dinner that week and freeze the other one for 'later'. They also have a healthy selection of farm fresh made sandwiches, salads, and slices of baked goods and desserts, as well as cookies and much more. The pumpkins were pre-picked but placed across the field so you still had to look around and use a wheelbarrow which we enjoyed. From day one Tristin, worked with us and provided us with the smoothest planning process. Our wedding was a destination wedding and several accommodations had to be made, but Tristin made the process simple and easy. We wanted a band that would be interactive, engaging, and entertaining for a night to remember. This bands provides all that and more. They have several different costume changes, great sound and entertaining engagement throughout the night. They have choreographed songs and get into the crowd engaging with all the guests. They kept all of our guests on the dance floor all night begging for an encore as they ended. Our guests were even chanting "best band ever". To this day the band is something guests have highlighted from our wedding when they speak of memories from it. I cannot express how amazing they were to work with. Tristin makes sure to take any planning and stress completely off your plate. From the very beginning, Tristin was so helpful and accommodating, and made sure that we were involved in every step of the planning process. She was also very responsive to our questions and requests (always answering within 24 hours), and went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was everything we wanted it to be. On the day of the wedding, the band was even better than we could have imagined. They had so much energy and enthusiasm, and the dance floor was full from 8:30-11pm. Our guests kept raving about the band and asking us how we found them. Their style of singing mashups felt like a DJ - we never once were bored of a song or felt a lull in the room. One of our guests is a professional musician and echoed how impressed he was - it was clear they took the time to practice the songs and flow ahead of time. We would highly recommend The Afterparty Band to anyone looking for a great wedding band. They are professional, talented, and they really know how to make a party!
