It was nice to walk around the property and walk up to the pond. The people who run the place were great! We even had our fridge go out on us and they had an RV repair guy to call. They were very helpful! The location is great! I highly recommended bringing your own food and grilling out since most of the restaurants and bars around are not the best. The campfire meals is such a great experience at this place too. Plan ahead for your trip into Glacier National Park and make sure you have all your driving passes and day passes to where ever your going. Or make plans to go into the park after 3pm when it doesn't require passes. There is so much to do in Glacier that this is a great place to stay for exploring the West Side! We called when we were an hour west of Missoula to make an appointment for the next morning. Dale met us at the shop that night and was underneath the trailer in the dark, dirt and 33 degree weather. He couldn't find the issue so we met him the next morning at the shop. He found the issue and we were on our way within thirty minutes with a very reasonable bill. Thank you so much for the great service, Done Rite. I highly recommend these fine gentlemen at Done Rite!

This is an old report but I figure I should share - Really wanted to Love these guys as they're…read morepersonable and probably trying to do a great job but I had them ruin a set of $1000 batteries when they left lights on and my rig was unplugged. I came in the shop and found the batteries at 0%. They said if I didn't want my batteries dead I'd need to get a solar charger. This just didn't make sense since I left the rig in their care for several weeks. At least own the fact that the batteries were nuked!

I would rate this trip we took as a family a 4/5. It was super fun to swim in the lake and go off…read morethe slide and diving board. The water in the swim zone is shallow enough so little kids can relax and be safe. There are lots of minnows to catch in the water along with decent sized fish in the boat doc area. The only things I have some concern about is all of the children that are little and unwatched and zooming around while cars are driving. I know that is not this places fault but if you bring little children you should definitely watch them. Also, quiet time is at 10:00; the kids are still out running and screaming at that time. I feel like more of the parent supervision should be emphasized more but otherwise great place! Really well maintained and yes the campsites are a little small but it's super cozy and really a great trip to go on and relax.

They had a slide in the middle of the lake. Live music on a Saturday night. The hosts were all so nice and accommodating. We parked our camper van and everything was walkable. They had showers you can purchase with tokens, a small laundry facility you need quarters for and a small store that had a small selection of snacks and drinks and rentable items. I felt safer here then any other campground. The energy here was so positive in many ways. They have the cutest little cabins right on the lake! This place has it all! It really is a perfect little family get away! Perfect for the kids! They loved playing in the lake!!!! I have nothing bad to say about this beautiful place!!! Really enjoyed our stay here!

THESE GUYS DO IT RIGHT! If you want a perfect place to stay in your trailer that's near glacier…read morenational park west entrance, THIS is your place. They have everything, it's organized, and there is practically no limit to the amount of great features here at west Glacier KOA. First off, they have a great high class restaurant right on the premises, they serve breakfast 7 days a week and dinner 5 days a week, including steaks and good stuff. Yes it's pricey, everything is 3 miles from the west glacier entrance, but this really is a one stop shop. Also the trailer spots have a table, 6 chairs, an umbrella, and a huge concrete slab to enjoy. Plus TWO dump station choices on each side of the spot. It's super nice to have that slab. They also had a gas grill! We used it plenty. Around 4 pm all guests get a text message from the staff with the evenings offerings. Here's the last one I got: Hey Campers! We've got an exciting evening lined up for you: 5:00 PM - Dinner is served at the Café 5:30 PM - Join us for some creative fun at the Activities Tent 7:00-8:00 PM - Birds of Prey Presentation: meet amazing birds, falcons, and owls in the Activities Tent 7:00-9:00 PM - Enjoy live music by Mike Boucher in the Bear Garden Plus, don't miss out--Scoops will be serving up tasty ice cream treats all evening long! And the ice cream shop is amazing too! The only thing the place could improve I think is the store. They could have more grocery items and less souvenirs. And the only other thing is they don't let kids in the hot tub. There were two pools? One was for families and the other was for "adults", and that one had a hot tub. Having young kids prevented me from using the hot tub at all. Our family met us there from out of state, and they got the cheapest cabin, and beware that those least expensive cabins come without a bathroom inside! But overall this place is whole and complete and is perfect for families! Also there's TONS of fun activities near the campground. Not just GNP for going in but there's tons of other activities within 10 miles. And using the app to get going to the sun tickets isn't too bad. We tried and both me and my family member got tickets in the group we wanted. You just have to be online at exactly 7pm on the recreation.gov app.

I wish all KOA sights were this amazing. Best KOA by far. It has clean sites that had space…read morebetween and each site was private. You weren't lacked in like Sardines. They had a great adult pool. The kids pool was spacious but wish it was a little cleaner. The adult pool was immaculate. Ice Cream , bear stream and music. But really the best thing was the space and cleanliness of the site with epic views.
