Steve and the owner were nice but not much else was done to the RV We got it home and the batteries were dead. The parking brake was damaged and didn't work. We found nothing in the RV in way of books explaining anything about it...we asked Steve a few times if former owners could be contacted to get the books. We heard nothing back. Fast forward weeks later and we found a compartment in the RV we didn't know about and all the Manuels and service info were in this compartment! This was so simple why couldn't the staff just find out for us?! I guess if you can't find an RV this place is a good start but I don't think any real check of the rv's is completed prior to buying a unit.

The appointment lady decided she would call us once her parts lady got back to her and we agreed. 2 weeks later...nothing.We called. So sorry. Appointment lady out but we will have her call you when she gets back. 1 1/2 weeks later....nothing. we call again. she was out for lunch and the dude answering sounded apologetic and said he would put us on top of the pile from being on the bottom and she woukd call. Nothing. By now plans are gone and other issues needing our attention have surfaced. we never, EVER heard back from them. WORST service we've had in a very long time. As in no service. Cant say we woukd ever recommend them or try again. They don't care.

We were at the beginning of a 3-week road trip when we lost our power steering. It was a Saturday morning and we spent several hours trying to find someone who could help us. Dan assured us he could get the job done first thing Monday morning. He showed up at our campsite before 9:30 Monday morning and by1:30 we were heading out. Our motorhome is performing perfectly. Last year we had several issues due to a electrical problem that was all covered under warranty. Our warranty company is renowned for being difficult, but Andrew worked with them and got everything covered. When the wrong refrigerator was ordered he and his crew ended up installing it twice. We are full-time RVers so we can't just leave our camper at the dealership for months at a time and hope that they will get to it in a timely fashion. Andrew comes to us and he gets things fixed quickly.

And that was my first impression that he wanted to help. I explained our problem, talked about extended warranty etc. and he also gave me his rates. We decided even if we had to get reimbursed that was fine and he was super knowledgeable over the phone. Said he could be there the next morning. So I gave him our address and set the appointment for 9-9:30 the next morning. He arrived on time and was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Gave us a fix after his initial diagnosis and if need be to have a total repair he'll come back. Cannot say more about how honest and efficient his service is. We felt like we lucked out finding him and would totally recommend his services.

I am new to Bigfork MT and have a 40 year old John Deere tractor. After plowing snow for 4 hours…read morethe hydraulic cylinder that lifts the snow blower failed. John Deere does not make this part anymore. Knowing it was going to snow soon I took the cylinder to Riebe's Machine Works as they are the only hydraulics shop in Kalispell. I couldn't have made a better choice. They helped me diagnose the problem and said it would be two days. I didn't even ask the price. Snow was going to fall in two days. They had to cut the cylinder open as it is welded shut at the factory. They took the seals out in pieces and ordered them from Seattle, WA overnight. They put it together the next day and welded it back together. They called me and I picked it up. It was perfect. I installed it and it worked perfectly. The price was more than fair and the quality was perfect. Nothing happens fast in Western Montana but this did and at a good price. I am so happy and I know you will be too. Great job Riebe's Machine Shop. You have a very happy customer and I will bring you more of my business. The snow is falling and I have a way to clear my 1/4 mile driveway. Thank you!

We had to repair a lot of transmissions done at other transmission shops in the Flathead valley but we never had one from his shop. I know Todd and the mechanics working for him and If I needed transmission work done that I couldn't do myself I would take it to him. My son (who rebuilt his first automatic transmission when he was thirteen-years-old) also worked there for awhile before he moved out of state. He has nothing but praise for Todd and his crew.

The man parks boats smoother than I park a shopping cart. Honestly, if my life ever depends on precision, I'm calling Jesse before I call 911. The boats? Gorgeous. Like, "don't take me home, I live here now" gorgeous. The lake? Basically a giant mood booster served cold with a side of sunshine. And the views? Unreal. The contents were thick, gummed up, extremely difficult to squeeze out, and the epoxy never cured, making it completely unusable. When I brought it back, I was told they couldn't accept a return because the package had been opened. That's exactly the problem--there was no way to know the product was defective without opening it and attempting to use it. A defective product can't be identified while it's still sealed. What was most disappointing wasn't just the defective epoxy, but the response. No refund was offered, no exchange was offered, and there was no attempt to stand behind the product they sold. I understand stores need return policies, but those policies shouldn't be used to avoid responsibility for selling defective merchandise. I expected much better customer service from a local marine supplier. I always try to buy Local when I can and this Customer Service sent me to the Internet.
