Last year we had several issues due to a electrical problem that was all covered under warranty. Our warranty company is renowned for being difficult, but Andrew worked with them and got everything covered. When the wrong refrigerator was ordered he and his crew ended up installing it twice. We are full-time RVers so we can't just leave our camper at the dealership for months at a time and hope that they will get to it in a timely fashion. Andrew comes to us and he gets things fixed quickly.

I called a few and no answer or no one seemed interested in helping since we were an hour out of Kalispell. But Andy called me back by just a missed call. And that was my first impression that he wanted to help. I explained our problem, talked about extended warranty etc. and he also gave me his rates. We decided even if we had to get reimbursed that was fine and he was super knowledgeable over the phone. Said he could be there the next morning. So I gave him our address and set the appointment for 9-9:30 the next morning. He arrived on time and was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Gave us a fix after his initial diagnosis and if need be to have a total repair he'll come back. Cannot say more about how honest and efficient his service is. We felt like we lucked out finding him and would totally recommend his services.

We cannot recommend Van City RV, Kalispell, MT, as a quality shop that cares about their clients…read more Van City RV had our RV for over two months and did not keep it secured, thus leading to the loss of $1,700.00 of our personal property from our RV.  Van City refused to turn the claim into their insurance company. Initially Van City requested that we email them an itemized list of damages and they would get back to us with a resolution. Despite our sending repeated emails, Van City has ghosted us. None of our missing personal property has been returned to us.  We had entrusted our RV to Van City because our side access door had window damage and Van City was working to replace the window. However, the new part was determined to also be damaged and it was two weeks before a replacement window was received. During this time, Van City only covered the window opening with plastic sheeting thus leaving our RV accessible to anyone who wanted to enter it. During the time Van City had care, custody and control of our vehicle, they repeatedly assured us that our RV was secured when it was not. Additionally, Van City replaced our RV batteries and did not reinstall the Battery Isolator Disconnect Switch Key. When we contacted them about the missing key, we were informed that they could not provide one for us. However, they did provide a website for us to procure our own replacement key. Save yourself some heartache and find an RV dealer that takes its responsibility seriously.

They have given every excuse in the book, up to and including that they went out of business and were repurchased over the weekend and someone took all their tools during that process!!! This is the most unprofessional, incompetent company I have ever encountered. They give a new excuse every single day, and usually it is a falsehood. One person tells one story, another tells another. It's been long enough now, that I will be getting an attorney if my vehicle is not repaired by the end of this week. And in addition to breaking the vehicle, they had the nerve to tell me that my original quote would now no longer be valid, that I'd need to pay to fix what they created!!! What a joke!! Do NOT go to this place....DO NOT!!!!

Brett was very polite and professional. Got communication next morning before 0800 that he would be at the campground where we would be at 130pm. He showed up and went right to work. Even brought in his battery operated fan to let me cool down while he worked on breaker box. AC was putting out cold in no time and cool air never felt so good. Very fair pricing as well! Thanks greatly to Brett for the job well done. Highly recommend Millers RV Mobile Rescue for your RV needs. Charles & Susan Wenger

Thus was the 3rd RV repair--1 at home before we left & when in lower MT, both saying they "fixed" it only to fail 24 hours from Dillon MT to West Glacier. Brett Miller to the rescue #3. And it's finally fixed. There is a book called Unreasonable Hospitality, about companies who go that extra mile. And that's Miller's Mobile RV Rescue. He couldn't come out till the next day at 3 pm, yet that night, they loaned us an ice chest-- with 2 bags of ice--& kindly & graciously dropped it off at our campsite. What company does stuff like this? When Brett came for the appointment, he was understanding, knowledgeable & fully explained what's going on, & how to prevent it. As I said, it's a speciality business & probably not many will read this, but if you are near Glacier National Park on your RV adventure, & need the RV fixed, this is the company.

They took vehicle back and kept it well over a week. Flushed the radiator 15-20 times per voicemails. Called me in to tell me still no heat but now I need a new radiator and it's not their fault. ‍ Wouldn't trust them with a matchbox car. Also, inside of car not put back together and clips broken off after heater core. Now Casey (manager) won't return my calls- it's been 11 days. Careless, inept service team. Zero integrity. At first it took a couple tries then started no problem. It's now progressed to not starting more than once a day. So basically if I go to work I can't get home and have to have it towed away or have someone pick me up. I've taken it to numerous repair shops and the warranty noller sold me is useless for the problem they knew it had. And now everyone says "can't find it, it started right up". I have video and screenshots showing what it does but they still "can't figure it out" = waste thousands on unnecessary work but don't actually fix the problem. I will NEVER buy another car from here. I will NEVER recommend this place. I bought my traverse off Vroom, sight unseen and didn't get ripped off this bad. Absolutely disgusting business. And they will "buy it back" but put me -$15K. Crooks. Completely. ETA: took it in for them to "fix" on multiple occasions and they couldn't figure it out. Yet in the process of trying to diagnose the problem had it on the lift multiple times. I ended up taking it to a local mechanic instead of the dealership. He put it on the lift and immediately called to tell me my right front wheel bearing was almost gone! This makes me so angry because what if my children had been in the car when it went? We could all have been seriously injured or worse!!! There was no way Noller didn't see this problem, they chose to not give a fuck and play roulette with my children's lives. Also my review doesn't show on their Facebook anymore so I screenshotted it to continue posting everywhere. Not a very trustworthy business if they can't acknowledge the negative and just show the reviews blowing smoke about them being great
