Andrew has always done an amazing job on both warranty and non-warranty work on our fifth-wheel. We understand that he is a small shop and try to schedule out the repairs when possible, but even when we've had emergencies his response has been quick. Last year we had several issues due to a electrical problem that was all covered under warranty. Our warranty company is renowned for being difficult, but Andrew worked with them and got everything covered. When the wrong refrigerator was ordered he and his crew ended up installing it twice. We are full-time RVers so we can't just leave our camper at the dealership for months at a time and hope that they will get to it in a timely fashion. We had a problem with our electric awning and we couldn't move with it out. So I first went to Yelp and there was nothing. So my other search found several services. I called a few and no answer or no one seemed interested in helping since we were an hour out of Kalispell. But Andy called me back by just a missed call. And that was my first impression that he wanted to help. I explained our problem, talked about extended warranty etc. and he also gave me his rates. We decided even if we had to get reimbursed that was fine and he was super knowledgeable over the phone. Said he could be there the next morning. So I gave him our address and set the appointment for 9-9:30 the next morning. He arrived on time and was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Gave us a fix after his initial diagnosis and if need be to have a total repair he'll come back. Cannot say more about how honest and efficient his service is. We are a long way from home on a 30 day camping trip, we live in California. Our trailer's water heater went out when we were in Idaho. We have attempted to get someone to look at it/help us out for the last week and a half, but no one was able to fit us in. I called Andrew and he went over some trouble shooting with me over the phone, all of which we had tried. .I bought a camper at Brets RV, the first time out the hot water tank leaked, Brets RV recommended Glacier RV repair. I called and got hold of Andrew. He said he would be at my house on Thursday June 11th at 2:00pm. I took some time off work to meet him at 2, no one showed at 2 so I called at about 2:20 and left a message. At 4:30pm I called and left another message, still no response. I sent a e-ail in the evening asking what was going on, no response at all. Very un professional to say the least. I would not recommend their service and I will call Brets tomorrow and let them know the terrible treatment I received after eating over a week and a half. We had been in contact with Andrew over a few months to arrange the right time for him to come and repair/winterize our RV so we could move our terminally ill Mom in. We can't thank Andrew enough for saving our trip. If I could give a 10, I would. We are on a 47 day trip from IN across country in a new Class B Thor and have had constant problems with the auxiliary battery circuit. Nothing worked except when on shore power. We tried in MN, ND and finally in Kalispell found Andrew. He saved us in 2 hours after diagnosing the problems, fixed them and we were in the road. We had ongoing issues with the furnace in our RV. Had major repair work done before we left California. Problem with intermittent failure to ignite again returned when we got to Montana. Called Andy at Glacier RV repair and he came same day, checked propane pressure and determined it was too low for furnace etc to work correctly. Replaced propane regulator and all for a very reasonable price in addition to educating us on the issue. This may have been the problem all along. I highly recommend him. read more

Andrew is knowledgeable and talks a good game. However he is unreliable with his scheduling. He installed an awning on an insurance claim on my RV. He used too long of lag bolts to attach lower brackets. Drilled right into upholstery inside RV . Bolt stuck out about 1/2 inch into interior. The other lag bolts on the other bracket went into a bay area and through a camp chair. This was in May 2020. Said he would fix it. Never contacted me, in September I called him, said bring it down next week was good. OK, I drop it off, never hear a word from him, no return calls after I leave message. 5 days later I go to the shop, my RV is sitting outside, unlocked, nothing done. I took it home. Called him April 2021 after snow melts. All friendly, says he will be out Tuesday at 1 pm to fix it. No show, no call. I call at 3 , leave message. Never hear from him. Took it to another shop for the repair. Paid out of my pocket, lesson learned. Stay away from Glacier RV Repair! read more

Andrew is a great comfort. I work in the trades so I tend to think I can do it all myself. Wrong. I realized I was in over my head on charger/inverter issues and called him. He showed up the same day, assessed the situation and came back the next to finish the job. He works efficiently and his prices (hourly tracking) are honest. I even had him stay a bit and answer other questions for me. He is a wealth of confident information and has a tidy work-van set up with a lot of common parts in it. Arrived in Columbia Falls, MT to find out that our hot water heater in the 5th Wheel wasn't working. I called Glacier RV Repair, left a message and got a prompt call back from Andrew. He was on another job but was at our RV spot by 8:30 pm (still very light out) and had the repair done before 9PM. I highly recommend this company. Knowledgeable, fair pricing, and friendly. If you are in the Kalispell area and need repairs - this is the company to go with! He is also aGood Sam repairman if you have that insurance. We do but the cost was so low for the repair that we just paid rather than hassle with the extended warranty plan. read more
