We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. At no point during the Google quote process, email confirmation, or prior to the visit were we informed there would be a fee. At the end of the appointment, my husband was surprised to be charged $95 with no prior disclosure. If we had known there was a cost just to receive an estimate, we would have made a different decision. Transparency matters, and this felt misleading and unprofessional.
